NO NO NO. I looked at all these for my wife who is in a power wheelchair. She can move from her wheelchair to a reversible seat. In each they have to chop the floor, put in a ramp and all that cuts down ground clearance. You have to always wonder about structural integrity and in snow country you got about zip ground clearance. Look at a Ram Promaster high ceiling van with a Braun Under the Floor Lift. No cutting of the floor or roof, there is room a plenty inside. The lift fits under the floor so it takes up no inside room yet you have great ground clearance for the snow. Go one better and a Winnebago Roam. Now you got toilet and sink so you do not have to worry about getting into the bathroom of a gas station on a trip. If you are a VA patient you might even get the VA to pay for the lift and tie downs!! Mesa RV in Phoenix has a government contract so they can work with the VA to get the funding, which they did for me.
Living on an Island and using a Ferry quite often, I find the rear entry to be the best, with a sign on the rear, asking vehicles behind me to leave one vehicle length, not just for the ramp but for me to get off the ramp. It's much easier than hoping nobody parks beside me, blocking me in.

I love when sometimes they have a seat NEXT to you on one side and something else on the other side so IT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO FLIP ON THE SIDES, and therefore I am NOT scared to ride a van like that. but those other vans with a LIFT that usually lift you up like 3 feet up is really scary for me, I don't like them. but what is still wrong with this vans is the WINDOWS, I HATE that they are WAY TO LOW for me because my wheelchair is much higher than a normal non-electric wheelchairs, and so I CAN'T SEE MUCH out the windows, and I am touching the roof of a van with my head, that's crazy, you know? so I wish that they would build special vans by ADDING A FOOT of the WINDOWS and a ROOF of a van. But I SOOOOO LOVE to ride the vans with a RUMPS, but not with a LIFTS.....I wish that there would be someone out there, who could buy me a van even the used one because I don't have one. I live in Philadelphia and I finally got a CCT where the city will give you a ride just for $8 dollars one trip anywhere, but there is a very BIG PROBLEM with their system, imagine, they will get you to where you want to go, and if you tell them, for example, to pick you at 1 one ok lack PM, THEY WILL COME LIKE FIVE 5 OR SEVEN 7 OURS LATER to pick you up, and I have been talking to so many of the people and THEY ALL tell the same thing that the city won't pick them up in time, and that's NO GOOD for me, I am afraid that my bottom WILL break down again, and I have to come back to my nursing home in time. I have been paralyzed for 9 nine years now. May GOD bless you all.

Please have groceries delivered to your house. It's not worth having your skin break down, it's very difficult to heal. Don't take chances. Maybe hire a real person to give you a ride and wait for you, to bring you back home. Ask in a church near you if they know of anyone kind who might help you. ❤️
Do they have a good bus system? The special services in my city are awful too, crazy late if they show up at all, but the bus system is good. If you just need groceries, Walmart has a good delivery program, much cheaper and more reliable than instacart
