I can remember going to see Back to the Future here on my birthday years ago... was a nice cinema. I thank heavens that Faversham's Royal is still a faithful old style cinema.. loved every minute of this, brought back memories. Thank You.
Alan Stingemore shot better footage from the projection room, reception etc, shot on colour cine film. Not that the public will be able to access it for some time to come though.

I remember the last night of this old cinema, the film was la Bambara... The riot police were called and had to restore order !!!!!!
