I recommend The Butterfly Project by Emma Scott for a cozy holiday romance set in NYC (it's not about Christmas as much as set around it). The themes of healing and forgiveness and chaos theory, the panic attack rep, excerpts of a character's graphic novel, the characters themselves, I adore it all. The steamier scenes you could skip over if you want. It's so sweet and warm feeling.

For the Princess For Christmas books it’s not necessary to read the other two books before reading ‘so this is Christmas’. The first two revolve around other characters that will make appearances in the third one, but you could read them out of order and be fine
