I got into RC after the UMG10 had been discontinued and have always loved how the Unimog looked. I'd love to see that body come back again from Axial or Proline.
@@elroymccoy3617 I scaled the trx4 UMG4 body from cults3d up to fit an SCX6. Its about 6 rolls of filament but well worth it. This winter I'll finish a scaled up Gladiator and thats about 10 rolls by the time Im done. Wish I could post pictures
The VP Origin Black Label!!!! Man, I was just a few years late to that party and wishbi could find one now. That's my dream RC...love it. One day, maybe I can piece together the parts and build one?
The Axial Wraith! It was such a differnt, still performing plateform. My first scale truck Still own one. Great machine. Like most, it needed a few upgrade, but rig! Keep up the great work!
The yellow TRX-4 Defender was always my favorite. Great color and see through windows. Sadly it was a limited run and was discontinued before I bought my first rig.
Tamiya likes to bring back a lot of their previous vehicles. The discontinued version I'm waiting to see again is the Blazing Star buggy. Had one as a kid, would pick one up again if they made it.
When I was a kid, my next door neighbor had the Parma ‘37 Chevy coupe kit. I had a Tyco Jacknife (1996), my favorite thing in the world at that time. He let me drive that Parma car and that buried the RC blade for me, almost 30 years and I still perk up when I hear that name, lol I love this hobby
It's cool that carisma gives a heads up that something is ending or being discontinued. A few years ago I grabbed up the last version of their sca-1e f150 and a extra body before they were all gone .
Big fan of the basic chrome Stanley 16’ tape. Long enough for most of my typical needs, and slim enough that I don’t bash it into doorways when it’s on my belt.
I have a couple products I’d like to see come back. The Pro-Line two piece Ranger body and prerunner fenders. If they brought the body back as the extended cab version, that would be fine too. I want to be able to make a mini-me of my trucks and not have huge prerunner fenders on them. The other product I’d like to see come back is the VS4-10 Pro. I love mine that I got in last year’s ToF and I wish I could buy another.
fwiw. you can still buy the Origin body set (and the Pro truck-cab version) from Vanquish, and stick it on a current straight axle chassis... I agree an actual half-cab would be great too though, something to mate with the Phoenix/Fordyce bed-sides and cage too perhaps?
@@jmo2752 I didn't make it clear but was thinking of upgraded chassis and drivetrain with Origin half-cab, agree something like Phoenix/Fordyce. Looking forward to tomorrow's announcement
@@johnroberts1.6rc82 yes - it would be nice if they would reproduce the 'Scout' style front end, but with the option for a different rear bed assembly... fingers crossed!
I think it was Parma that had a 1/10 scale 1956/57 Chevy pickup body. 15-20 years ago it was my go to body for everything. I remember having one on an ax10 even. Wish it would come back.
Mid-American Slot Products bought them out, if you call or email them they may be able to pull them for you. I hit them up for the old grasshopper lexan body and they pulled some.
They Kyosho RV series with the Nitro and the CCVT. I had one back in the day. That would be a blast with modern build quality. iirc it was a chain drive from the transmission to the "transfer case"
Parma RC still exists? I thought they only did slot car stuff these days. Edit for question. I'd love Traxxas to do a re-release of the old Sledgehammer truck.
T bone racing bumpers for the Arrma 6s rigs. They were the best looking/ fitting bumpers you could get. I'd also love for the 5b to make a return as an electric 4x4 basher buggy. Honestly i just want anyone to build a 5th scale 4x4 electric basher buggy.
Definitely wish the origin would come back. I know we can basically piece it together with plastic parts, the aluminum ones are next to impossible to get ahold of 🙄 but there’s nothing like opening the box to see all those beautiful parts all together sitting there waiting to be assembled.
Glader.... An object usually found in the Florida Everglades, usually trimmed out as well as a Cadillac Escalade but still somehow maintains the ability to jump 75 ft in the air off the back of an alligator 🐊
Would love to see Horizon Hobby rerelease the Vaterra Twin Hammers and Glamis Uno/Fear platforms. Spare parts are very hard to come by and had to fabricate a chassis plate and 3dprinted mount to use the traxxas 2wd transmission on the Glamis Fear in order to be able to drive it. The Twin Hammer is still one of the best rock racers ever released
There's way more than one. I'd love to see the Wraith, Exo Terra, and one of the 1/10 scale IFS descendants of the Wraith produced again. I still have my Wraith, regret selling my Exo, and didn't get a chance to buy one of the IFS trucks.
Retractable ruler. And every job is different. Carpentry, definitely a FatMax. Any random measurement around the house. A simple 25footer with a lock. If I'm at work measuring a frame, I have specialized Retractable rulers that have a special thin tri hook that allow it to go into the holes on a vehicle frame. Also have tram gauges for underhood measurements.
I would like to see an updated Traxxas 1/8 scale Mustang Funny Car w the s550 or s650 body . .and a Kyosho Mad Crusher w a Ford Raptor body this time around.
I wouldlike to build another RC10T. With modern electronics. Fave tape measure? Easy, rhe old Stanley chrome body with the clip removed I have 4 or 5 now been using them as long as I can remember. They go in and out of my pocket rhe best.
Super8 portal axles from little guy racing parts. Only axle i never got the pleasure of trying before they were scrapped. My micro crawler collection will forever remain incomplete 😢
Recently panda hobby went belly up, I've got one of their trucks and my son has one both still worked but when I heard the news I pulled the radios and escs and stuck them on a shelf, mine is about wore out in the drivetrain, so goes the dodo.
In terms of an RC vehicle I'd like to bring back I'd have to say the team associated MGT in terms of what my favorite brand of tape measure is the one that's not broken it's always the best one LOL
I like that open SCX24 transmission. It'd be nice to be able to change pinion gears. The mini world seriously lacks adjustable pinion transmission and consistency across the board...I mean, everyone uses different screw sizes on their minis. Why can't they all just use 2mm screws?!
Alli-Glader boat! I wish the OG Wraith would come back even though it is way outdated. Or the 1.9 Wraith. For the tape measure, I just like the push to retract. Auto-retract sucks.
id love to see the losi mini 8ight 4wd buggy come back! i love the rwd losi mini B and i want a micro B, but i REALLLY want a mini 8 and dont want to pay $350 for a used one on the marketplace
I agree - the original Vanquish Method Roosts are some of the nicest wheels ever... although you can get a pretty decent copy form Ebay sellers, which I've used on a number of other builds too.
Vaterra Twin Hammers should come back!
Oh yeah. That would be awesome. And the Glamis Fear too.
I got into RC after the UMG10 had been discontinued and have always loved how the Unimog looked. I'd love to see that body come back again from Axial or Proline.
Unimog SCX6 would be amazing!
I was just going to post the UMG10 as well. I loved the 10.2 version and a new version on the 10.3 basecamp chassis would be just right.

Bring back the Axial Wraith ! So ahead of its time, I still use mine to this day !!
Hell yeah! I agree!
Axial XR10. I would have loved to see the rear cutter brake/dig option actually come to life.
The Axial Wraith! It was such a differnt, still performing plateform. My first scale truck Still own one. Great machine. Like most, it needed a few upgrade, but rig! Keep up the great work!
I second this... I'm building one right now using a bunch of custom parts.... Can't wait to finish it.
Definitely need wraith back, or least parts.
I am taking the H10 axles set release as a sign that the full truck builders kit will be announced shortly...
Novak electronics. I had a brushless system from them s long long long time ago. Worked amszing for my tlt-1 crawler.
I wish that Vanquish brings back the VS4-10 Pro and Ultra!
Always watch this when i get home from work on Tuesdays.
Thank you i really enjoy these updates🤘 keep Rocking 🤘
I measure roofs for a living and I found the Stanley power lock to be my favorite
I would love for the scx10.2 leaf spring kit to come back. Or for a completely new scx10.3 leaf spring kit!!
The VP ORIGIN and.the aluminum sliders. Dewalt Thanks for the videos
The yellow TRX-4 Defender was always my favorite. Great color and see through windows. Sadly it was a limited run and was discontinued before I bought my first rig.
all of the old Losi crawlers
micro crawler
mini crawler
mini crawler pro
comp crawler
had them all... sold em all😢
miss em all
Got a new comp crawler with dig, losi 17.5 brushless motor with hobbywing esc till I find a og losi esc. It's only bin run on carpet to test.
You already know what I want!!! Xr10 length currie rock jok front tubes!
Tamiya likes to bring back a lot of their previous vehicles. The discontinued version I'm waiting to see again is the Blazing Star buggy. Had one as a kid, would pick one up again if they made it.
I wish they'd bring back that big mining dump truck. Can't remember the name of it but I've seen a few on ebay.
Bring back the original origin limited!
Agreed !

I had that Parma coupe kit too and I miss it! Found a few on like ebay but they wanted a ton of money for what it is.
@ true story, I’ve looked too and they’re not cheap!
Josh , you know exactly what I am going to say, and I am going to say it . Vaterra Ascender. Keep up the great work on the SNU.
I wish somebody would make a brute conversion for the cj7 hint hint Josh

That Segway was smooth.😂
I've been practicing! HA!!
Resistor speed controller.
Tamiya Blazing Blazer...or the MIP 4wd conversion for the RC10...
I love my Losi Comp Crawler. Would love to see it comeback with a modern flat rail style chassis or even as a nylon caged moonbuggy.😎
My Tuesday morning ritual watching the scale news update. Would like to see a 1/10 th scale ax 10 make a return
FYI, the brushless Groms include the upgrades as well like full metal diffs, outdrives, and aluminum shocks.
I'd like to see leaf spring ready VP axles come back, LOL. Updated Twin Hammer would be pretty cool. TLT with better steering would be fun too.
I would love to see the Proline Helios body come back in all sizes, and make one big enough for the Axial SCX6, that would sell like crazy🤪
I have a couple products I’d like to see come back. The Pro-Line two piece Ranger body and prerunner fenders. If they brought the body back as the extended cab version, that would be fine too. The VS410 Origin is an awesome rig, and like someone comments, half-cab would be great. For measuring tool, I use my calipers everyday.

They Kyosho RV series with the Nitro and the CCVT. I had one back in the day. That would be a blast with modern build quality. iirc it was a chain drive from the transmission to the "transfer case"
And that shirt. Matts doing id say😂 Seriously though scale news update is as regular to me as breakfast. LONG LIVE THE UPDATE🍻
Josh, I must say you really have a great RC channel! great content and really great tips and trix.
Segway was pretty smooth LOL. I love how you guys managed to take an 8-week series and turn it into a 16-week adventure LOL
Everglades!! Check out the jetboat competitions!! Cleetus has raced in a couple events...
I'm new to this but I was disappointed to find out the Standard cab ford ranger body and fender kit from proline where discontinued

I want the AE SC10B to return. Loved the look of that thing, proline came out with one similar correct? So rad looking
A discontinued product I'd like to come back would be the hpi blitz/firestorm. I've still got a blitz, and I still absolutely love it
Glader.... An object usually found in the Florida Everglades, usually trimmed out as well as a Cadillac Escalade but still somehow maintains the ability to jump 75 ft in the air off the back of an alligator 🐊
My resurrection choice would be the VS4-10 Origin Half Cab, Was wanting a straight axle for my collection when they were discontinued.
Glader-One who makes glad or gives joy.
twin hammers or even the yeti platform. And the biggest of all would be the axial 6x6 platform
Love my snap on tape measure. Lifetime warranty. I’m on like my 4th one😂
Another vote for the higher end VP models specifically VS4-10 origin limited and CEN Racing F450 galaxy blue.
I wish the vanquish axleshafts for the scx10 would come back all I can find are axial shafts for it and the snap pins alot
The one part I would love to see come back is the HPI FJ Cruiser. My trail runner would like a fresh body.
i would love to see the proline 1.9 bfg baja ta kr2 tires come back. been on the hunt for a set for the last 3 years.
Great show as always l would like axial bring back the 6x6 unimog and Ford bronco

The Twin Hammer is still one of the best rock racers ever released
Glader is a proboat knock ,off I have 2 proboat versions..tiny perfect for the pool.
I wish Horizon would bring back the V100 series- they were killing it with the old Vettes, Camaros, and Mustangs
There's way more than one. I'd love to see the Wraith, Exo Terra, and one of the 1/10 scale IFS descendants of the Wraith produced again. I still have my Wraith, regret selling my Exo, and didn't get a chance to buy one of the IFS trucks.
I'm very glad that I'm subscribed to your channel. Your videos are always interesting, informative and professionally made.🏖💫💖
I always liked stanley tape measures, maybe the fat max was my favorite 🤘y'all have a badass day🤘🍻🤘

Would love to see any of the original scx10's make a comeback...
My AX-10 gets lonely...🤠
Brushed groms are 21mph out of box on average. Brushless are 35-37 out of box depending on body choice and environment.
