I have been to ho chin minh & hanoi alot of times, i notice that for vietnamese if they are in collage or U most of them can speak in english. For those who deal in chinese herps shop can speak in chinese some can even speak dialect like cantonese. School in taiwan learn english for so many years but only can speak single words. Wonder how they pass their exam in school.
@@sjpanfeng Not really only Taiwanese people work in mainland China... Vietnam, Singapore n Malaysia u can find Taiwanese people also. To adjust or settle in to the environment some of them pick up the main language from that country.
