I've known this about Nicki Minaj for a long time. I remember really liking her music and I watched a documentary she did about 10 years ago. Through the whole documentary, she was so rude and mean to everybody around her. Treating people that weren't famous that were just working on her concert or doing her hair just like peasants. After that documentary, it made me look at her different and I realized that I've never seen a video of her being nice and genuine. Then all this internet drama came out and I was like yeah, told you so.

I used to really like Nicki. Megan is so beautiful, strong, talented, artistic and I relate more to her. I think she is a much better rapper and I love her music. Nicki is a great rapper, Nicki is a Queen, and She is one of the greatest female Rappers, if not the greatest. Nobody is dethroning her, but these days she seems to forget that she’s the reason they are there.
I don’t think Nicki is mad about that one line, she’s mad about the people behind it, that being Roc Nation. I think she’s mad because just like they did Cardi they are trying to make Megan into a new Nicki. And this time, she saw it coming, but she doesn’t know how to express it the right way. Nicki Minaj has a way of handling things that disturb me.

Instead she is trying to stay relevant with the TikTok crowd by releasing very mediocre (not bad!) music every couple of months and starting beef with women have her age. I just don’t get it. I always liked Nicki as an artist but she really needs to let go of the thought that everybody is out there to get her or to „replace“ her every time a new female artist enters the scene. Like come on, it’s delusional at this point.

And it was due to mass buying and to be fair the song is catchy but it wasn’t a huge hit. Just like how she promoted super freaky girl for MONTHS on TikTok and the song was just carried by a popular sample and simple rap then she released it finally at a weak competition weak plus multiple versions discounted and mass buyed by her fan base plus a high budget music video which flopped after a week plus VMA performance where most big names weren’t there so she had the moment (Taylor swift also used that moment to promote her new album, both controversial Sagittarius’s with wild fan bases) then Grammy beef she had with latto then made it trend for a while on radio. That was the only reason the song was a hit song. The others flopped and were carried by mass buying and some mass buying couldn’t even control it. She has the fan base and talent and she is pretty but her personality is just awful and she has passed her peak
