Not typically, although there are alligators in Texas and it's not impossible for them to be in that area. They're not a threat to people as long as folks maintain a respectful distance, but it's very unlikely that you'll see one at Lake Casa Blanca. Someone said they saw one last year, but it couldn't be confirmed.
