The speaker, an expert in law, comments on economics, illustrating that expertise can transcend fields. While diverse perspectives enhance discussion, I disagree with his views on interest-based economies.
Just because the system prevails worldwide doesn't mean Pakistan must follow. If the world adopts harmful practices, such as excessive alcohol consumption, Pakistan shouldn't feel obligated to do the same.Instead, Pakistan can systematically reduce interest rates, eventually eliminating them. Excessive interest harms economies, as seen in America.
Moreover, there's no rule that individuals can have only one expertise. This notion is a modern construct. Ancient philosophers excelled in multiple areas, demonstrating interdisciplinary expertise.
Thirdly, regarding 26th amendment. I agree with Mr khurram. Every one knows that how legislature is selected. So does their legislation.
Indeed,system evolves over time,it needs space to breathe.Unfortunately, that space is being consistently encroached upon,threatening the very foundations of our democratic system.So, to beleive that it will evolve in prevaling situation, is merely a dillusion.
The 26th amendment is a tool to handpick favorte judges to ensure they rule in favour of ruling party. This compromises the independence of judiciray and trichotomy of power. As one speaker himself said that "the power to be" was pomdering over to reverse 18th amemdment beacuse provincial autonomy didnot suit their interests. So how cannot we trust that the 26th amemdment is serving their interest.

عدلیہ سے زیادہ آرمی نے حکومتوں یا سیاسی حکمرانوں کا تیاپانچہ کیا ہے۔ اصولاً بجاۓ عدلیہ کے آئین اور قوانین میں آرمی سے متعلق ترامیم آنی چاہیے تھیں ۔ اُدھر رُخ کرتے ہوۓ ن لیگ کے شیروں پر کپکپی تاری ہو جاتی ہے ۔بیچارے ججز کے پاس نہ توپیں ہیں نہ ٹینک ۔ اِس لۓ ساری یلغار عدلیہ پر ہے۔ عدلیہ کو آرمی کے انداز میں خود کو مضبوط کرنا ہو گا اگر وہ فعال کردار ادا کرنا چاہتے ہیں اور چاہتے ہیں کہ عدالتوں کے فیصلوں پر عمل ہو۔
