My LMIA has been issued before 1st May,2024,and prior to that,I have been in the country for a year on a study permit.Will the LMIA changes be applicable in such case?

One of the famous consultant is organising an interview for 2 years Canada Closed Work Permit only and asking for half money before interview and half from my second salary. Though it is a minimal amount (not even INR lac) but please suggest if I should go with them. Please guide sir.

Give priority to all caregivers and Nannie’s that a long time ago to get there Permanent Resident not easy for them to take the exam especially if there age of 50 years old up they are waisti g there money to take and take the exam but they can’t pass they said not easy because there brain is tired especially to there work . Pls give them a chance to get there permanent resident easier. Like as before we know Canada is a land of Good for there future and there families to re unite to this country

What if someone work permit expired and his file in pnp process? What should he do?
to get your Wp extension, try to reach out to the IRCC minister's office, through your MLA or MP, or you will not be allowed to work until the final decision of your PNP file.

can apply for visit visa during the processing of other application, providing solid reasons of urgent visit, but chances of visit visa will be 5%, and also that might effect the original application process. @@navtejsandhu5206

@@SahilSayalthe validity of 6 months is to hire a person on LMIA and it affects an employer, not to an employee as employee will get specific close work permits for specific duration. Currently employers get validity of 12 months means they have that time frame to hire an employee if they can’t do it within that time period the LMIA latter will no longer valid. That time period doesn’t have to do anything with CRS scores and applications for PR as an employees will still have their close work permit even though LMIA expires. Both things are different.
Now this is the different case in PR supporting LMIA and in this video they are only focusing PR supporting LMIA only. It creates confusion for those who have LMIA that is allowing foreign workers to come and work in Canada.

@@krunalkumarpatel4010 the CRS points are definitely instrumental coz there are LMIAs that just support PR. I those LMIAs, the validity of 6 months will be crucial. Hence, NOT MISLEADING IN ANY WAY !!!

Good advice.
It's better than what they have. In canada you may see things are expensive and things are tough. But for them tough is good because at least it's possible. Back home it's not even possible for them to buy homes or start businesses or study in good colleges. So even though the quality of life in canada has dropped. Compared to India or Africa it's much better still.

Speaking in another language other than French or English with fellow East Indians when serving Canadians at retailers is extremely rude. Learn how to integrate. If you want to be a Canadian do as Canadians do. It's unacceptable to try to change our culture. We are a welcoming and polite society, don't take advantage of our politeness. .

Some of these Indians resort to their native language with other Indians while serving Canadians is so rude and disrespectful.
