when i was a kid i spent my birthdays at home with my family
its pretty great in here in Canada, I remember I went like 5 years ago maybe and its was quite enjoyable and the pizza was quite good as well.
I stopped taking my kids there years ago. Wont' go back. Terrible service, Terrible food, Terrible games.
Man, I haven't been to ol' Chuck's since I was five...I barely even remember it in there, truth be told xD
It was an issue of needing a 21 year old adult to watch the "kids." It's like how if you are 16, you need to have a 21 year old watch an r rated movie, even if a 17 year old is with you
same thing happened to me but we went to Dave and Busters for my party and we had to call up my dad to come tell the people to let us in haha

It's not that they won't let anyone under 21 in, it's that they don't let kids in without adult supervision. A legal guardian must be present for guests, that's their policy.
Sorry you had a bad experience, but it's not the companies fault. Everyone knows that the tickets are a scam, that the pizza isn't that good, but that's not why people go there. People go there for the experience and to have a little fun. They weren't let in to protect all involved. Next time, take an adult.

that scam is how they make money, you expect them to give away realy a 10 dollar price for 10 dollar worth of tickets? how the hell they will make money to pay al the other costs then -.-
I hated chuck E cheese as a kid and would never take my kid to that shit hole pizza place .there are much better places to go too, and spend my money. I would be pissed off to rok ,HA HA on them, sound like they lost out on some good money and will prob lose even more
