Stuck in an extremely loud room full of people, I have sensory issues and hypersensitivity so I was nearly in tears. This helped me so much, thank you.
I have the same issue as well as I have a condition called Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) I use my headphones frequently for the same reason.
