    1. 素餘片 - 6包(1公斤/包)
    作法與步驟:
    1. 素餘片退冰
    2. 熱鍋下油,等油燒開後加入餘片
    3. 炸至金黃酥脆
    4. 撈起瀝乾油
    5. 盛起上桌擺盤
    Crispy Fried Vegetarian Fish Slices
    Servings: 180 people Serves up to 100 people
    Ingredients:
    1. Vegetarian fish slices - 6 packs (1 kg per pack)
    Method & Steps:
    1. Thaw the vegetarian fish slices.
    2. Heat a pan with oil. Once the oil is hot, add the fish slices.
    3. Fry until golden and crispy.
    4. Remove and drain the oil.
    5. Plate and serve.
