@@textaylor312 i can explain the prophecy in detail but it's a bit lengthy so I'll try to be brief.
. The angel Gabriel informed Daniel precisely when the Messiah-the “seed” promised at Genesis 3:15-would appear! God’s angel said: “From the going forth of the word to restore and to rebuild Jerusalem until Messiah the Leader, there will be seven weeks, also sixty-two weeks,” a total of 69 weeks. (Daniel 9:25)
In 455 B.C.E., King Artaxerxes granted permission to his Jewish cupbearer Nehemiah to return to Jerusalem and take the lead in the rebuilding work. (Nehemiah 2:1-6) THIS MARKED THE START OF THE 69 "WEEKS".
The 69 weeks, however, were not literal weeks of seven days but WEEKS OF YEARS. (Daniel 9:24, 25) The Messiah would appear after a period of 69 “weeks” of 7 years each-a total of 483 years.
The prophecy was fulfilled in 29 C.E. when Jesus was baptized, exactly 483 years from 455 B.C.E. JESUS BECAME THE MESSIAH AT HIS BAPTISM WHEN HE WAS ANOINTED WITH HOLY SPIRIT.
AT THE HALF OF THE WEEK, HE WILL CAUSE SACRIFICE AND GIFT OFFERING TO CEASE. His ministry lasted 3 1/2 years until his death in 33 CE. Jesus' death is what caused sacrifices to cease since his death ended the Law Covenant and all it's animal sacrifices.
(Ephesians 2:15) BY MEANS OF HIS FLESH, HE ABOLISHED THE ENMITY, THE LAW OF COMMANDMENTS CONSISTING IN DECREES,
AT THIS POINT, WE ARE 1/2 WAY THROUGH THE 70TH WEEK WHICH PROVES THAT THERE IS NO LEFTOVER 7 YEARS FOR THE TRIBULATION. HEITZIG IS WRONG!
VERSE 27 “And he will keep the covenant in force for the many for one week; The covenant is the Abrahamic Covenant which continued for another 3 1/2 years after Jesus died; it gave Jews (the many) sole opportunity to join the Christian Congregation until the year 36 CE when Gentiles were first baptized and anointed as Christians. The 70 "weeks" were then complete in the first century.

455 BCE to 36 CE equals 490 years.

If there is still one remaining "week" of 7 years, then everlasting righteousness has not yet been brought in. Sin was not atoned for? Heaven forbid! Everything at the end of Daniel 9 was completed fully! What you teach is that Jesus' work on the cross has not yet come into play! Did all he do come to naught? Basically YES if you teach that Daniel 9 is not yet complete!!!
You CANNOT remove the last week of Daniel's 70 weeks and throw it 2000 years into the future! Jesus came and confirmed the new covenant with many! Sin was atoned for! All was completed! Daniel's 70 weeks is about the coming of their Messiah! Not some obscure antichrist person! For shame for not understanding the Scriptures and teaching false doctrine. These books of Daniel that were then closed became open with the Revelation of Jesus Christ! All has been revealed. We can understand ALL things by His Word. We are NOT waiting for some future revealing of secrets. He already told us.

It goes very well for 30 minutes - then it goes all pear-shaped. Gabriel describes Christ coming to close out the Old Covenant and initiate the New Covenant. 1. "finish the transgression" : which transgression is in view here? The transgression for which the Law itself was added (the breaking of the Sabbath). So finishing it means ending the reign of the Old Covenant 2. Follows 1, abolition of transgression means abolition of the sins defined by the Old Covenant 3. "bring in everlasting righteousness" = Christ crucified, no more annual righteousness and annual sacrifice = The New Covenant 4. "make reconciliation for iniquity" (similar to 4) = Christ in heaven mediating for us before God 5. "seal up..." The Prophecy cannot be understood before being fulfilled, and Daniel is not allowed to reveal the meaning either. (It also defines the endpoint of the 490 years) 6. "To anoint the Most Holy Place" Leviticus 16:14, Hebrews 9:23-26 = Christ sprinkling his blood on the Mercy Seat in the Heavenly Holy of Holies

At 42 mins, compare Robert Anderson's method with God's method. When the Israelites were to wander 40 years in the wilderness (each year for a day), there were no adjustments for leap years. There is no adjustment needed if one uses Artaxerxes decree in Ezra 7, which started in 457BC. The 49 weeks (483 years) takes us to Jesus' baptism. The 70th week follows, and Messiah is cut off in the middle of the week (AD31). 3.5 years later, the Jewish leaders still rejected Jesus and Saul/Paul is selected to take the gospel to the Gentiles.
70 weeks is a block of time, not a gap of 2000 years. Is there any example of a time prophecy in the Bible having a gap?

The timeline doesn't add up because verse 24 ends the list of things to be fulfilled with "And to anoint the Most Holy" The anointing of the Most Holy would be Jesus and He is anointed by the Holy Spirit at His baptism. This makes sense in the timeline as well if you begin at 457BC going forward 483 years (69*7) you end up at Luke 3:1 where Jesus is baptized in the 15th year of Tiberius Cesar or 27AD. The last week he will confirm a covenant (With the Jews) and bring an end to sacrifice (His Crucifixion because he is the lamb that is slain so no sacrifices are necessary going forward). From 27AD + 3 1/2 years (1/2 of a week) He is crucified in 31AD (Spring). At the end of the last 3 1/2 years (34AD in the Fall), the covenant is brought to the Jews which they reject it at the stoning of Stephen (Acts 7). The gospel then goes to the Gentiles by the Jews who did accept Jesus and His covenant.
I see no Biblical evidence that the last 7 years can be fast forwarded into the future. Also, the rapture contradicts the second coming where both the dead and those alive in Christ will rise up together to meet Him in the clouds. If Jesus is raising people before the 2nd coming, how or maybe why would they be resurrected again at the 2nd coming? If God's church isn't here on earth to experience the tribulation then who is the devil fighting at that point? He makes war with the remnant but if the remnant has been raptured then he has no one to make war with right?1

God bless Pastor Skip, first of all thank you for this thorough study and help us learn more deeply our Lords word, also I’m gonna be straight with you, I don’t share the pre-trib position but I’m more interested in learning and understand more than in being right or not, with that said, Pastor I had a question, and since you are in this series about eschatology, I would like to know some things, for instance in the 70 weeks diagram you showed, rapture is at the beginning of the 7 years tribulation, you mention 1 Thes 4 as support for that, but what about 1 Chorintians 15:51, Paul reveals a mystery, and says when that will be, at the final trumpet, many people have told me this trumpet is not the 7 trumpets of revelation but then why Revelation 10:7 talks about the same mystery, like He (God) announced it to His servants the prophets, it would be a blessing if you could clarify or even make a little study for us to see regarding this, God bless

    • @mcgeorgerl
      @mcgeorgerl Год назад

More and more evangelicals are coming away from the concept of a Pre-Tribulation Rapture as its timing cannot be supported scripturally. We know that the dead in Christ rise first but we're told in Revelation 20 that the first resurrection (Called 'first' twice) has in it those who the beast have killed. This is clearly a 'first' resurrection AFTER the beast has killed those saints. This would then preclude another 'first' resurrection before the beast. More and more Christians are looking to a "Pre-Wrath" rapture but even that has problems.

I still don’t understand why the Commandment to observe the seventh day as God’s holy day and day of rest (for all generations) is not observed. Why is this teaching on Sunday - the Vatican’s change of weekday in defiance og Gods Law - rather than Gods holy day. I hear many Christian’s say we are no under law. Yes, the price was paid, but obedience to God is a demonstration of our love for Him. It’s not a big ask, but hugely symbolic, without being ritualistic about it (as Jesus taught us). I love my special time with the Lord from sunset Friday to sunset Saturday.

    • @psalmone8953
      @psalmone8953 2 месяца назад

You must understand the word sabbath means rest, then you must read Hebrews that explains the “rest”. Paul the apostle was a zealot for the law so much, that he missed the point. Jesus was always accused by the Pharisees of breaking the sabbath.
The early church in acts, did meet on Sundays…the first day of the week.
7th day adventism is very caught up in legalism. You must understand Grace and law. Both are mutually exclusive. You are either obtaining righteousness by keeping the law (but where is the sacrifice?) or by the completed work of Jesus Christ for us.

The beginning of sin, the mystery of iniquity began in Eden, Genesis 4:8-15-24.
This sin couldn't readily be judged simply because there was no preceding law that was broken.
And in verse 15, a precedent was laid down for the time it would take to judge sin, 70x7 or 490 years.
That generation was wiped out by the flood, but the precept remained: sin shall be avenged seventy and seven fold. (Matthew 18:21-23).
This was the standard by which Israel also judged, as they also had to spend 70 sabbath years ( or 70x7= 490 years), in exile, outside of the promised land.
When it was the 69th week year Daniel prayed to God, and fasted to remind Him of the imminent due date of the return of God's people to their promised land; but the sin of the Amorite was not yet full, Genesis 15:16, also, Israel was still in rebellion towards God, and the land cannot sustain rebellion- it was Holy!
So, the Messiah had to come and make a way for grace and justification, and righteousness of God to be imputed, so Israel can get back their monarchy, through the house of David, and back to the kingdom of God, by grace through faith in Christ Jesus, as the Son of God, and the Son of man -the promised Son of David, the king of Israel to order His Kingdom Isaiah 9:6; who would ascend His throne as God had promised him. Romans 1:3; Acts 2:30, and come to bring them back to God, Jeremiah 16:16a; Luke 19:10; Matthew 10:5. Instead, they rejected and killed Him.
Thus, from then onwards, the way to God was opened to whosoever would come to Him by grace through the shedding of His blood, by grace through faith in His sacrificial death, burial and resurrection.
They were given the adoption of sons and daughters into the kingdom, which hitherto, they were not permitted Ephesians 2:13; John 1:11-14, becoming heirs and joint heirs of God and the Abrahamic covenanted promises an blessing (Genesis 25:6- the representatives of his other children by Hagar and Keturah, the Kings of the East, could now access and partake of the blessing, and they showed their allegiance and faith, by worshipping Jesus Christ, as a Child!)
Jesus Christ gave His life for all who would simply believe in Him as Lord and Savior, in order to keep them from the wrath of God that will be unleashed upon the Amorite, until the end. Isaiah 63:18; Daniel 8:13; Zechariah 12:3; Luke 21:24; Revelation 11:2.
And eventually, they will be rescued at the second coming of Christ Luke 21:13; Zechariah 14.
He finished the work of salvation of the soul of man John 19:30 and this continues the "acceptable year of the Lord" which began as He took the sealed book of Daniel, 12:4, from God, as the Lamb of God, who alone is Worthy, and opened the seals Revelation 5, and fulfilled the first of the three part of Isaiah 61:2, in Luke 4:16-21, and He SHUT it again. This will run through this dispensation of preaching of the gospel of grace, (which ended the preaching of the gospel of the kingdom, which ended with the stoning of Stephen) by faith in the sacrificial death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and He will return to gather His saints from the world, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; 1 Corinthians 15; and present them faultless before the presence of God the Father, with exceeding joy, Jude 24; with victory over sin, devil, death, hell and eternal damnation in the lake of fire and brimstone Isaiah 66:24.
The second dispensation is nearly upon us, at this time Isaiah 63:4, which will usher in the tribulation period when the 70th and last year will be ushered in to finish all transgressions! Daniel 9:24.
( As the Messiah has become the sacrifice for sin, and was dead, buried and rose again from the dead! His shed blood sprinkled on the heavenly mercy seat for propitiation for sins for all who would go to God by and through Him, simply by faith! Ephesians 2:8).
Then, the Lord will return the second time, complete with His body, as a new Creature resting upon the Mount of Olives Zechariah 14, to make a way of escape for the remnants of Israel Matthew 24:31.
Then the battle of armageddon will ensue, and it will end up in total obliteration of this earth. Isaiah 24; Joel chapters 2 and 3, Jeremiah chapters 1-11...; 1 Peter 3 etc.
This is the fullness and end, and judgment of the sin of the Amorite! Matthew 18:21-22; Psalm 75:8; 73:3-17.
Then the new heaven and earth will be created after the conclusion of the millennium- to mark the expiration date of sin and death, like it was back in Eden. Now man will live out the 1000 year curse of death Isaiah 65, (Genesis 5).
Then history will repeat itself when everything reaches full circle- the serpent will be released once again, Revelation 20:1-6, to tempt man as he did with Adam and Eve, those who follow him will get totally judged and cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, together with hell, death, the antichrist, false prophets and all whose portion is with them Isaiah 66:24. Revelation chapters 19-22.
God has perfected the end from the beginning. But as it is written-"My people are destroyed for lack of Knowledge " Hosea 4:6, so, "With all thine getting, get understanding " Proverbs 4:7; Luke 24:45. Be filled with and led by the Holy Spirit, and abide in the fold, John 10, until He returns as promised, to take up His purchased possession! John 14:26; Ephesians chapters 1-2!
Then He will set up His kingdom! Isaiah 9:6!
    Be encouraged!

“Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks:”
    -Daniel 9:25
It makes no sense to combine the 7 weeks with the 62 weeks and come up with a 69 weeks period. I agree with Isaac Newton who said those who do this do violence to the words of Daniel. Here is what Newton said:
“We avoid also the doing violence to the language of Daniel, by taking the seven weeks and sixty two weeks for one number. Had that been Daniel's meaning, he would have said sixty and nine weeks, and not seven weeks and sixty two weeks, a way of numbring used by no nation.”
Newton attributed only the 62 weeks period to the first coming of Jesus. His calculation for this was Nehemiah restored Jerusalem and finished building the wall on the 25th day of the month of Elul (see Nehemiah 6:15), which according to Newton’s calculation, was in September of the Julian year 4278. Newton then counted 62 weeks or 434 years later, which came to September of the Julian year 4712, which is when the Babe was born in Bethlehem.

Most of these dating systems totally disregard Isaiah 44:28, "That saith of Cyrus, He is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure: even saying to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be built; and to the temple, Thy foundation shall be laid." If you take this verse as written, it wrecks everything so most people ignore it as if it's not in their Bibles. It's also interesting that Josephus records what he says he has access to, a fuller proclamation than a truncated one that appears in the Masoretic and Septuagint. Here in Josephus, the first Cyrus releases the Jews to build both the temple and city. We also know that the Jews were actively building portions of the city because the prophet chides the Jews for providing for their own houses under roofs first rather than His temple.

There is only 3.5 years of God's Wrath written about in God's Word of truth, NOT a seven year period of wrath in the end times. Daniel's prophecy shows a final seven years of prophecy remains to be fulfilled where the prince that is to come confirms a Treaty with the Jews in Israel. Revelation 6:15-17 shows the Lamb's wrath will start a the opening of the 7th seal. Jesus raptures his church during the sixth seal when the Antichrist stops the animal sacrifices in the third Temple at mid-point of the final seven

It has been impressed upon myself to share this information,
    60 x 49 'jubilee weeks' comes to 2940,
Add this figure to 1406BC, the date Israel was established as a nation after crossing the Jordan River, and we come to 1534, the date Sulieman the Great 'decreed' the re-building of the Jerusalem wall with moat & plaza,
Add the remaining 10 x 'jubilee' weeks to 1534 and we come to 2024 (add 7yrs for completion and we come to 2031, the year i, myself, believe to be the end of our present age/world),
The year i also believe the biblically prophecied rapture 'and' sudden destruction take place, probably on 9th Oct, as the 'signs' in the heavens/night sky are 'most' fortuitous.
    Go look yourself to confirm.
All glory to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

Much of what is used here appears to be based upon the works of Clarence Larkin who worked diligently charting/diagraming out much of the Bible, including Daniel and Revelation. Larkin's works were rather groundbreaking and, if you want to delve into this, his 'magnum opus' is 'Dispensational Truth' was done in 1918 but is still available as a reprint. He also has much smaller books on Daniel and Revelation. For this video, I'd start with his book on Daniel because Larkin goes Chapter-by-Chapter with all sorts of charts and diagrams. Then Larkin's book on Revelation which builds upon Daniel. Sir Robert Anderson's book 'The Coming Prince' is also referenced in this video and is widely available as a reprint although, as he notes in this video, it is a rather "technical" look at the dating and is not for the "faint of heart" It's over 125 years old now and has been through a couple revisions. There is at least on online version, and I believe there are those who take issue with a few of his chronological dates given learnings since his original calculations.

    2 Corinthians 3:6

    Matthew 26:28
    Romans 10:15-21
New Living Translation - errors found in this version
25 Now listen and understand! Seven sets of seven plus sixty-two sets of seven will pass from the time the command is given to rebuild Jerusalem until a ruler-the Anointed One
-comes. Jerusalem will be rebuilt with streets and strong defenses, despite the perilous times.
26 “After this period of sixty-two sets of seven, the Anointed One will be killed, appearing to have accomplished nothing,
and a ruler will arise whose armies will destroy the city and the Temple.
The end will come with a flood, and war and its miseries are decreed from that time to the very end.
27 The ruler will make a treaty with the people for a period of one set of seven, but after half this time,
he will put an end to the sacrifices and offerings. And as a climax to all his terrible deeds, he will set up a sacrilegious object that causes desecration,
until the fate decreed for this defiler is finally poured out on him.”
King James version - correct compared to original Hebrew dead sea scrolls!
25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks,
and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.
    26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary;
and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease,
and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
    Who is "he"?
Messiah the prince can only be Jesus
Who are the ones carrying out the judgement?
People of the prince were the romans in Israel who carried out the siege of 70 ad fulfilling Ezekiel 5
"prince" used in the bible as one that power is given. Clear both Messiah and the romans were indeed given
power. Messiah from the Father and Rome to crucify! Rome to put down rebellion 70 ad.
    desolate
desolate refers to the former temple made of human hands now no longer representing God's Spirit
but reallocated to the human body where our hearts reside.
The pouring out occurs after the sanctuary has been made already desolate identifying the order
of occurrence that matches a history understanding and conflicts with a future version.
    John 2:19
    What are the "abominations" plural?
The abominations are the false un-repentant religiously defiled worship that occurred
when Jesus found The House of Prayer used for other sinful purposes around 30 ad
    Explain consummation.
comsumation identifies the fullness of His out-pouring of wrath for the abominations and refusal of receiving Messiah
    Isaiah 28:22
    The time context is?
70 ad. for Daniel Chapter 9
The time context foreshadows re- occurrence
The Great Tribulation period, at the end of the age of grace 2000 years from 30 ad plus the time the
    tribulation takes to complete.
As before so in the future.
The cause of the tribulation is judgement for rebellion of Messiah round 2!
Spirit centered around the location of the Holy Mountain Israel but also Global due to
sinful aid by self professed Christians interested in prophecy who falsely interrupting Daniel
    as an antichrist reveling passage.
Element / assumptions read into the text of just 3 verses of Daniel commonly preached that don't exist in the bible.
    1) separating verse 26 to include a second figure other than Jesus.
This is a deceptive attempt to add a replacement for Christ injecting antichrist into a text
where it clearly provide no grammatic means to assume so.
    2) identifying the second figure as antichrist
Only one figure is mentioned in this verse so no antichrist exist here.
    3) replacing the destructive role commanded by Jesus and giving it over to antichrist robs Jesus
of role as Justice against the sin of rebellion.
    4) falsely identifying the purpose of the destruction as unwarranted action from an enemy, "antichrist"
The destruction mentioned is judgement due to rebellion.
    5) separately identifying ruler, "antichrist" and army when the bible simple say people of the prince.
Based on common misunderstand Daniel 9 a presumption has influenced translations of the bible
and is evident by the changes to this chapter. An attempt to place antichrist in this prophecy and
applied it to future rather than historic. This robs Christ of credit and glory of fulfillment.
    6) added some translations provide and object placed in Jerusalem where this ruler with be.
A statue of antichrist. Knowing satan's nature of deception false elements will likely by seen as
evidence that this mis-interruption is actual being fulfilled. It's compounded deception. See the you are
    not deceived said Jesus.
    7) assuming "the" covenant is a peace treaty or just treaty.
The text clearly say the covenant making it only one possible Jeramiah 31:31
If changed to treaty it might referrer to peace which points to Israel and is all false.
    8) providing application of this falsely assumed treat applies only to Israel.
Know the covenant is God's redemption it applies to all mankind!
    9) misidentifying the "abominations" plural as singular future event. verb usage "overspreading"
Changing to singular makes it an event in time not actions over time.
    10) misidentifying the falsely assumed abomination's purpose as an attempt to defile a temple in the future.
The future abomination's are a re-occurrence of the desire to reassert temple worship. round 2
    11) misidentifying / renaming sanctuary as a temple which leads to further false assumption later in revelation
    12) providing a narrative where antichrist fills the role of destruction that Jesus performs as judgement communing
referred as in replacement of Christ, which is the reason for the term antichrist in the first place.
    13) assuming the 7 years or final week of the weeks total is reserved solely for the tribulation period.
Tribulation will occur, however long it may be this remaining week does not detail it's length.
    14) failure to interrupt the final week as the week where Messiah is cut off and confirms the covenant half way.
Messiah preached 3 1/2 years before the cross making it mid week. nothing is required of the remaining half week.
    15) Some translations falsely phrase "until the very end." for a time indicator of this prophetic event in verse 26
as just before the second coming. Again derived based on previous presumption's made elsewhere in this chapter.
antichrist and false prophet figures seek to change times and traditions.
    16) Some translation force the order of desolate and abomination making one the cause of the other. The desolate occurred
first and the abomination is an act that causes judgement that the desolate becomes the target of. So not timing but relational
    in context.

antichrist will play a role in end times. Likely involved with enabling temple construction or rebellion to occur.
However his role is found in revelation. The accused in Daniel 9 are Pharisee and unbelieving Israel of history.
Results of the errors I write about are robbing Jesus the glory for fulfilling this prophecy historically and the execution judgement He completed.
Offering replacement theology of Christ role in this prophecy and enabling people to promote rebuilding a temple and sacrifice resulting in rebellion
again and actually causing the judgement again "Tribulation!" God will allow exploit and chaos to be leveraged against
Israel as a means of refining via fire. antichrist has his role as a vehicle of destruction.
Tempting anyone to commit sin is worse then sinning by oneself. However tempting or promoting others to sin
by means of active rebellion against Messiah is worthy of the greatest punishment, Tribulation globally.
Globally because red heifers' sent from America be gentiles now involves the nation conspiring against Messiah.
His response will match the scale mankind inclines.
I understand the Tribulation period to be in direct response to open active rebellion to rebuild a temple made
of human hands just like the one God destroyed in 70 ad for that reason alone. If the same action occurs in the future
knowing God's nature remains the same, then I know His response will be destruction and tribulation unlike the
world has ever seen before. Just like Ezekiel chapter 5 describes Israel's judgement for rebellion of Messiah the firt time.
Round 2 is going global! And it looks like the church is involved with helping to promote it! I plead repent! Pray!

I have read every word you typed into this comment - TWICE.
I don't pretend to completely understand everything you have said, however . . .
I have been very concerned with: Jewish Israel, due to their rejection of Christ as the Messiah, having this 'Church Age' old blindness & jealousy to not want to share their God with the rest of the world, thereby not sharing knowledge & understanding of the scriptures with the rest of the world has forced the rest of us to TRY to interpret & comprehend as best we can, as a result, numerous religions, cults, chaos, "gnashing of teeth" against one another over 'what does scripture really mean' has occurred.
With that said, at its most basic understanding; 'satan' may be deceiving the 'world' but God Himself has blinded His people Jewish Israel with the intention to bring them back to Him & to believe . . . So my concern has always been, once Jewish Israel does finally accept that Jesus was & is & always has been the true Messiah all along, when they finally realize this, recognize that He was 'The Lamb of God' the perfect sacrifice to take away the sins of the world - after that, why would they still insist that there will be animal sacrifices to atone for sin? Do they really think we will be sacrificing animals during the millennium? Or after the final battle on into eternity? Talk about being stubborn. I plan to make salads from the tree of life.
So, I do agree with you, as far as I am able to, that is; to build the temple (in their stubborn ignorance) & to sacrifice animals . . . as you have attempted to explain it, makes a great deal of sense to me, but not after their blindness has been removed by God. And, yes, us providing red heifers for them does implicate us in this - but, "it's just business" the 'world's has got to make that almighty dollar, after all - we deserve our judgement for the part we play.
I just want God to put things in order as only He can & will do, according to how He originally willed His creation to be, I want Jesus to Reign over us, with us, in person, I want the end if this horrible sinful existence to be accomplished already, I want to finally have all the answers for 'why' all of humanity had to learn just how evil, evil really is to appreciate how awesome & what a treasure righteousness is, to give all the Glory & Honor to God as He rightfully deserves . . . and . . . in trusting His infinite wisdom, I really don't care how He has to accomplish it, just 'getterdone' already, okay!!! AMEN!

No, not at all. The 70 weeks are for daniels people israel, the natural seed of abraham. On the day of Pentecost, when the church began we went into the church age or dispensation of grace. That was after the 69th week. God pushed the pause button on the 70th week. When you see the antichrist confirm the covenant with many for one week, that's when the 70th week or the seven year tribulation period begins. The who purpose of daniels 70th week is for God to use that week to bring a remnant of the Jewish people into his kingdom just as zechariah 13 8 9 and romans 11 states and it gives unsaved gentiles one last chanch to repent and turn to christ. It's for israels redemption not the churches redemption its called the time of Jacob's trouble not church trouble.

If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. I am a sinner and in my life I have committed grievous sins. This is precisely why I need a Savior who can transcend the Law and save me.
The sentence of the Law will condemn me, as it has all men and women who were ever born, excepting the Messiah.
I was made to die to the Law through the body of Christ and become married to Him. The Law has jurisdiction over a man as long as he lives...but, if he dies, he is released from the Law.
The death of Jesus Christ has released me from the bondage of death which comes through sin. Everyone who sins will die; just as God told Adam, "In the day you eat thereof you will die."
The fact that all men die, shows forth the truth that all men are sinners.
There is none righteous, there is not even one. There is none who seek after God. All have turned aside. Together they have become unprofitable.
Through the Law comes the knowledge of sin.
So, YES...I am indeed a sinner and if the Law has anything to say about it, then I stand condemned.
Praise be to God that Jesus Christ has done something about the Law's demands. Jesus Christ has fulfilled the righteous requirements of the Law PERFECTLY. Has has not abolished the Law. He has completed it and if anyone believes in Him, He will impute His righteousness to them so that before the courts of the Almighty Father God, that man will be declared JUSTIFIED (Not Guilty).
Jesus came into the world, not to save the righteous, but to save sinners.
It is not the well who need a physician...it is the sick.
All of us, just like wandering sheep, have gone astray. We have turned, each one of us, to our own ways. This means that every single person has acted in autonomy (self law). We have all broken the Law of God.
I am no different. In fact, I have broken every Law and stand with Paul the Apostle as a chief amongst sinners.
I have no righteousness of my own, save the white garments of Christ's Righteousness which He has promised to all those who believe in HIm and trust in Him to be their Savior.
The life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is what saves all who believe. I am one of His, because He has chosen me from the beginning that I should be the recipient of His grace and that He would grant me faith to believe.
Even the faith which I have to believe, is a free gift from God. I can not take credit for even this gift. He chose me in Christ from the foundation of the World and because of His grace, I believe and am saved.
So the clear answer to am I a sinner is:
Yes, most certainly. As are YOU and every son of Adam, and daughter of Eve.
If you say that you have no sin, you are self-deceived.

    Nope, close but nope.
Check a Hebrew calendar and you'll find that April 6, AD 32, fell on Nisan 6, and that day was a Sunday; Nisan 10, fell on a Thursday that year.
And what are you going to do with Daniel's 70th week... are you going to insert an unspecified number of years into a prophecy that came directly from God?
Do you really think that splitting the end of the 69th 'week' from the start of the 70th 'week' simply because a 16th century Jesuit came up with a false theory that was designed to deflect the early Protestants from their vociferous protesting about the Pope, is actually a good idea?
So nope, I regret to say that you are wrong, your dates are wrong and so is your interpretation.
    70 weeks, means a single continuous period of 7 × 70 = 490 'day - years'.
Therefore, if you start at the correct date, Nisan, in the spring of 458 BC, you will find that the middle of week 70 is marked by the baptism of Jesus in the autumn of AD 29.
Jesus then spent 3½ years in ministry and was crucified in the spring of AD 33; the day was Friday, Nisan 14... check a Hebrew calendar.
Exactly 40 years after Daniel's 70th 'week', the 7 year Roman-Jewish war began in the spring of AD 66 and ended in the spring of AD 73.
The last Atonement Day ceremony to be held at the Temple was in the autumn of AD 69, exactly 40 years after Jesus was baptised and thus became the Antitypical scapegoat.
Jesus was then led by the spirit into the wilderness, where, as the Levitical scapegoat, he took upon himself the sins of the whole world.
Yes, God got it right, he always does.

NEVER, EVER should a Christian Pastor tell ANYONE not to take notes or even to instruct them to LISTEN now and go take notes from the RUclips video, later. No. That is immoral, unkind and this Pastor does not know that not everyone learns the same way he does. He even rebuked note takers by slyly referring to them as having ADD. This is not enough for me to stop listening to him (I only found him today) but he is not simply wrong telling anyone not to take notes and/or how & when it is proper to do so, after stating he memorizes easily, this is unethical, unkind and even ungodly behavior on his part. If I had a penny for every time some narcissist told me not to takin notes in meetings, classrooms or churches... When people come to learn and hear the word of God they may do so using whatever abilities or necessities God gave them at the time they want, need or desire to do so. Not everyone learns the same way. This is always unkind, dismissive and presumptive behavior by those who don't like note takers.

Based on Hebrews 9:15, the Messiah’s death in Daniel 9:26 cannot be separated from the New Covenant fulfilled by His blood at Calvary.
Is the New Covenant found in Daniel chapter 9?
Are we supposed to believe the angel Gabriel appeared to Daniel to reveal the timeline of the Messiah who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34, and then the angel failed to even mention the New Covenant. Or, is the covenant with the many in Daniel 9:27 the same covenant with the many in Matthew 26:28? The 1599 Geneva Bible is the Bible the Pilgrims brought to America, before John Darby showed up on our shores about the time of the Civil War. What was the earlier understanding of Daniel 9:27 found below in the notes of the 1599 Geneva Bible?
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dan 9:27 And he shal confirme the couenant with many for one weeke: and in the middes of the weeke he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the ouerspreading of the abominations, he shall make it desolate, euen vntill the consummation determined shalbe powred vpon the desolate.
    Daniel 9:27
And he (a) shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to (b) cease, (c) and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make [it] desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
    (a) By the preaching of the Gospel he affirmed his promise, first to the Jews, and after to the Gentiles. (See Rom. 1:16, Matt. 10:5-7, Acts 10:36-38)
    (b) Christ accomplished this by his death and resurrection. (See Heb. 9:15)
    (c) Meaning that Jerusalem and the sanctuary would be utterly destroyed because of their rebellion against God, and their idolatry: or as some read, that the plague will be so great, that they will all be astonished at them.
    (See Matt. 23:38, Matt. 24:1-2, Luke 19:41-44)
    ------------------------------------------------
During recent years many New Covenant scholars have examined Daniel chapter 9 from a New Covenant perspective. Did Christ fulfill the summary found in Daniel 9:24? Is it about the New Covenant fulfilled by the blood of Christ at Calvary?
Dan 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
    Heb 10:16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
Heb 10:17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. (These two verses are quoted from Jeremiah 31:31-34.)
Heb 10:18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
Act 10:36 The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:)
    Act 10:37 That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached;
Act 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.
The death of the Messiah is found in Daniel 9:26, and there are only two possible singular antecedents for the word “he” in the next verse. Those antecedents are either Christ or Titus, who was the prince of the people that destroyed the temple during 70 AD.
Dan 9:26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
Dan 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
Is the “he” in Daniel 9:27 the “Messiah”, or “the prince” of the people that destroyed the city and the sanctuary in verse 26? If we used “the people of the prince” it would not be a singular “he”.
Does the author of the Book of Hebrews connect the New Covenant with the Messiah’s death found in Daniel 9:26, in the verse below?
Heb 9:15 And for this reason He is the Mediator of the new covenant, by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance. (NKJV)
Verse 26 also says the Messiah would be cut off “after” the 69 weeks. If I agree to paint your house “after” 69 weeks, it will not be painted until the 70th week, or after. Is there a “gap” of almost 2,000 years between the 69th week and the 70th week, or was it fulfilled during the first century when the Gospel was preached “first” to the Jews?
We know there is a time period when the Gospel was taken “first” to the Jews, as the Apostle Paul said in the verse below.
Rom 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
Can we find a time period of about seven years when the Gospel was taken “first” to Daniel’s people during the first century? If we can, we have good evidence that the 70th week of Daniel has already been fulfilled.
Did Christ command His disciples to take the Gospel only to Israel in the passage below?
Mat 10:5 These twelve Jesus sent out and commanded them, saying: "Do not go into the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter a city of the Samaritans.
Mat 10:6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
Mat 10:7 And as you go, preach, saying, 'The kingdom of heaven is at hand.'
Is the time period when the Gospel was preached “first” (Rom. 1:16) to the Jews in the passage above, confirmed in the passage below?
Act 10:36 The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:)
    Act 10:37 That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached;
Act 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.
In the passage above Luke confirms the fact that the Gospel of Christ was preached throughout the land of Israel after the baptism which John preached. Here again, we have a text which reveals a time period when the Gospel was taken “first” to the Jews, as Paul said in Romans 1:16.
Bible scholars have looked at the number of Passover celebrations in the Gospels and have estimated Christ’s earthly ministry to have lasted about three and one half years. Was the Gospel taken “first” (Rom. 1:16) to the Jews for a period of about three and one half years during the period of time revealed in the Gospels?
In Galatians 1:14-18 Paul reveals he did not go up to see Peter until about 3 years after his conversion. During that time the Gospel continued to be taken almost exclusively to Daniel's people, before Paul took the Gospel to the Gentiles.
Read the recent book "The 70th Week of Daniel 9 DECODED" by David Wilcoxson for confirmation of the above.

Skip has good teaching but it falls over when talking about the tribulation and rapture. The pre-tribulation rapture is not cited in the Bible anywhere and we should not believe it. The key irrefutable evidence is that the rapture occurs at the LAST TRUMPET. So, look at what else happens at this time.
    Skip's timeline at 36:34 references 1 Thes 4
13 Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. 14 For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. 15 According to the Lord’s word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. 16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, , and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 And so we will be with the Lord forever. 18 Therefore encourage one another with these words.
Then once again the 7th Trumpet is mentioned in 1 Cor 15:51
51 Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed- 52 in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, a. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.
Then again the 7th trumpet is mentioned in Rev 11:15
15 The , and there were loud voices in heaven, which said:
“The kingdom of the world has become
the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah,
and he will reign for ever and ever.”
16 And the twenty-four elders, who were seated on their thrones before God, fell on their faces and worshiped God, 17 saying:
“We give thanks to you, Lord God Almighty,
the One who is and who was,
because you have taken your great power
    and have begun to reign.
    18 The nations were angry,
    and your wrath has come.
The time has come for judging the dead,
and for rewarding your servants the prophets
and your people who revere your name,
    both great and small-
and for destroying those who destroy the earth.”
19 Then God’s temple in heaven was opened, and within his temple was seen the ark of his covenant. .
Then notice that at this time there will be an earthquake and a hailstorm (Rev 11:19), which is later mentioned in Rev16:17
17 The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and out of the temple came a loud voice from the throne, saying, “It is done!” 18 Then there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder and a severe earthquake. No earthquake like it has ever occurred since mankind has been on earth, so tremendous was the quake. 19 The great city split into three parts, and the cities of the nations collapsed. God remembered Babylon the Great and gave her the cup filled with the wine of the fury of his wrath. 20 Every island fled away and the mountains could not be found. 21 From the sky huge hailstones, each weighing about a hundred pounds,[a] fell on people. And they cursed God on account of the plague of hail, because the plague was so terrible.
