I just made this out of pure cravings; however, I was too lazy to go out to buy the proper ingredients for the toppings. Instead, I topped the pizza with homemade alfredo sauce, crushed garlic, freshly cracked black pepper, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and grated monterey jack cheese. :) This taste amazing! Can anybody tell what is her accent? It is very subtle and very elegant. Like I am Chinese, but people say I have some French since my high school literature teacher was French. Gosh I love accents.
Looks good and surely tastes good also. Don’t show this to an italian though for several reasons: dough recipe, too many mixing of different herbs, mixing of pesto with tomato paste, onions, etc ...just saying, I respect anyone preference. That one fits the americans quite well.
No, dude. We stretch the dough....we don't roll the dough out...and we need to not mess with the dough ball after it has sat by rolling it right before you stretch. The dough is the foundation of a good pizza and this one just got messed up
