Jade, I laughed to myself upon seeing the beagle painting. I'm the one that donated it! I'm not the artist but I enjoyed having it on my wall :o) Believe it or not, I thrifted it !!
Love the girl cut out. It is so dainty and gorgeous. Abigail my daughter liked a picture in the background …the one that said “wake me up when it’s the weekend”😂. I couldn’t figure out what the sister in the congregation said about the bowl with the spoon. Do you mind telling me again? Sometimes I am hard of hearing, and I kept rewinding back to hear you and I just couldn’t figure it out😂. The beagle was a good find too!
@@sarahburke1576 It’s not you. I was laughing so hard I was having trouble getting it out. The sister in our congregation called it a soup latrine instead of tureen. 🤣😂
@@PeachandOliveVintage that’s halarious. Honestly I never heard of either word. I had to google them😂🤣. That’s probably another reason why I couldn’t figure it out. She sounds like a fun sister
@PeachandOliveVintage the fish and dolphin are sooooooo pretty! "Soup latrine" 🤣 Gosh, I haven't seen one of those hanging fruit baskets in yearrrrrsss! When I saw the vintage Tupperware, I said "ooh that'd be great for salads during the convention!" Are you looking for a specific Lisa Larsen? The brass thingy you picked up is an om symbol, used for meditation in Buddhism and Hinduism. My son would've loved that metallic art that Julie picked up, especially the mountain one. Too bad it's so faded. Could you imagine the original color??? Wow! Hi Julie!
Yes, dry foot means you remove the glaze from the bottom of the ceramic piece before firing, this prevents the ceramic from getting stuck to the kiln shelf.

Jade, loved the Beagle, painting.
Me too! What a find!!☺
If I remember the glass bird, used to have colored water with a poof coming out of the hole.

@@badmom2goody29 Thanks! ☺️
Yes, people still collect spoons though the racks are now also used to display vintage hankie collections. It really shows them off beautifully.
I love the idea of the hankies! I bet the looks so sweet.
Forever Yesterday and Thrift America are heavenly!! I seriously almost lost consciousness at Forever Yesterday 😂

Not sure if anyone has said but that super delicate glass bird is a little rose bud vase. I was given one similar.

That brass thing was the Ohm Symbol. Meditation. Looked like a candle holder.

The brass piece is the symbol for Ohm. An incense burner :)

Should have bought that Cynthia Bogart painting. Looked it up, and they don't even show the prices. Selling at auctions.
@@racheliannucci4720 It was tooooo big for me 😞
The “90% and -10” looks like it was graded by a teacher the student earned a 10-point deduction for “no dry-foot.”
