This series is the Michael Jordan of licensed video games, no matter how many come after it this would forever be the best. GOATed trilogy
100% agreed. I'm still blown away everytime I think back how utterly amazing of a job Rocksteady did with that series. It's why I partly wish Gotham Knights was an Arkham game done in its style.

Would so love a Batman Arkham Beyond game, based on Batman Beyond and set in a Cyberpunk'esk world. Return of Batman
I've been so hoping for this as well, they could make some really awesome stuff too, especially if they resolve the events of the Suicide Squad game with the Justice League making it out alive, and have an older Superman still kicking around for Terry to meet after taking up the Bat-mantle, since they've made little mentions in several of the Arkham games about the blue-clad boyscout. They could continue the narrative and eventually make a side-series of the JLU storylines with Terry's Batman making an appearance, there's just so many cool places they could expand their Arkham-verse to.
On this note. Why hasn't anyone modded Batman Beyond into Cyberpunk 2077
is anyone watching this after the suicide squad game killed out and just want to relive when the story was still good
I think Batman: Arkham Origins is a seriously underrated game in this franchise. I really wish they would’ve reissued it for X-Box one like they did with the others.

The only weird thing to me was making Tim Drake Robin in A Matter of Family. It takes place right before Barbara was paralyzed, which itself happened an unknown amount of time before Arkham Asylum. It would've made way more sense for Jason Todd to be Robin in that DLC, with Tim Drake not being Robin until the time gap between Asylum and City, since it was implied in Asylum that Batman didn't currently have a sidekick during the events of that game.
@oldacc19 Same animations as Tim Drake, they could use the skin used in the flashback cutscenes.
Barbara was paralyzed a few months before asylum, and Jason was kidnapped about a year and a half to two years before asylum, however it still doesn’t make sense since Tim is considered ‘new’ in Arkham city. I don’t think they really thought the dlc through lol
@heartwings The easiest way to fix that would've been to just push back when the DLC takes place. It was pretty heavily hinted at before Arkham Knight that Batman didn't currently have a Robin during the events of Arkham Asylum, and that Tim Drake had not been Robin for a very long time during Arkham City, which both got retconned by A Matter of Family.

its also heavily implied in arkham knight by jason that he was in an abandoned wing of arkham whilst batman was there during the events of arkham asylum
Let's be honest Batman Arkham Knight inspired the creation of the Batman who laughs.
The concept of Batman becoming Joker has been thing in the comics long before the Arkham games existed. So no, Arkham Knight didn't inspire the creation of the Batman who Laughs. It might've helped reignite the idea, but it was never the sole inspiration.
@@hermos3602 dude no, I think I know the comics of which you speak, or at least some of them, one where Batman becomes Joker through a dr. Jekyll and mr. Hyde scenario, and the other one is where the Joker is attached to the back of his head, not one of these matches the creation of the Batman who laughs more than the scenario in Batman Arkham Knight, unless you know some please 🤨 educate me.
The Batman Arkham Trilogy along with Origins are some of my all time favorite games,nailed the feeling of being Batman, the atmosphere, gameplay, story all top notch, Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill stole the show as Batman and Joker, it felt like reliving the animated series 🦇😃

Should mention that Cpt. Boomerang was killed in the Arkham Knight Prelude comics. Some stuff from the comics and books are sort of up in the air about terms of continuity

Blackgate wasn't my favorite and I totally got defeated in Initiation, and it reached the point where they wouldn't let me continue and expected me to start over. I basically just do Batman Arkham Origins, Cold Cold Heart, Batgirl a Matter of Family, Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, Harley Quinn's Revenge, the Harley Quinn episode, Arkham Knight and the rest of the Arkham Episodes. The comics and animated movie sound like something to check out
I was disappointed that Mass Effect's Kimberly Brooks got recast as Barbara Gordon in Arkham Knight, but still enjoyed the game

Same. I always thought the Arkham series mirrored the Nolan trilogy. Asylum revolutionized Batman in gaming like Begins, City is the middle best entry in the series and Knight is the slightly disappointing yet satisfying finale to its respective version of Batman like Rises.

im pretty sure it's explained in asylum that joker approched dr young as jack white al told her to create the titan while funding the project. But dr young realised it's wrong and cut the ties with joker. then joker got mad and took the matter into his own hands and came with the plan to take over the asylum hance the events of the game

Update now that the suicide squad game is out, Deadshot was a fake, King shark was a fake, Ivy comes back, and it in fact was Bruce using fear toxin to become and extreme Batman

Well done! I'm not sure if there is any story left to tell... but I would welcome a 4th Arkham game. Never has a video game story captivated me like that of the Arkham Knight trilogy. It's better than the movies, better than the comics and dare I say better than the classic animated series.

I guess the story trailer's *obvious* opening and Easter eggs littered throughout the very same trailer connecting it further to the arkham series flew right over your head too.

Arkham Knight final Joker fight should have been made to last indefinitely. I wanna beat him up him all day.
It should have been programmed to only end once you put him in the door frame of the chamber for the beatdown. But before you do you should have been able to beat him up indefinitely.

I still don’t understand why the new Suicide Squad has to be set in the Arkhamverse, I don’t care if the Black Deadshot is the real Desdshot and the white one was a fake, the white one has more history in the universe making the black guy a poser! Just have it set in a new universe.
I won't lie, I'm not excited for Suicide Squad. I don't like that it's adding the Justice League to the Arkhamverse. My favourite thing about the Arkhamverse was that - seemingly - it was just Bruce alone. He's the only hero, he fights his own villains that are still over the top, yet not "aliens controlling the most powerful League in the world" over the top.
I was fine with Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, etc. just not existing in this world, and their inclusion - even though it won't ruin the original series itself - might almost ruin Kevin Conroy's last appearance as the caped crusader for me.
Dude, what are you talking about? They reference superman and other superheroes several times throughout the games like I just finished playing Arkham knight again and I specifically remember hearing the random guys on the street talk about Superman just without saying his name I believe they referred to him as an alien or something so the other heroes always existed in the universe. It’s just Batman clearly, didn’t interact with them.

Ok so why don't the batsuits make sense?
Correction: Batman did not “watch joker succumb to his illness in ice cold”. He was going to save him but then joker attacked him from behind and the test tube holding the cure fell to the ground breaking into pieces. So joker died and before that Batman said “The crazy thing is that with everything he has done he would have saved him” Then he carried him outside the gates of Arkham city.
I just don't understand one thing...so Batman took the cure in Arkham City...why was he still sick with Joker's blood six months later in Arkham Knight?
The cure was to prevent the poison from killing him (already toxin Joker blood), but the lingering affects of the toxin almost pushed him to turn into the Joker, so instead of now killing him, it slowly was turning him.

In the 'post credit' scene of Arkham Asylum, the one who grabs the Titan formula is in fact, Bane. This is confirmed because earlier in the game Batman uses his Batmobile to hit Bane into the ocean.
It’s either bane killer croc or scarecrow, it depends on who you died to the most in the game
I mean, Croc lives in the water, and Crane was dragged into the water by Croc. Bane grabbing it makes the most story sense though.
