Welcome to zucchini season! Everyone’s favorite time of the year. It’s the time of year when everyone is searching for the best zucchini recipes to use up the bounty. I have to throw this creamy zucchini pasta into the mix because it’s insanely delicious, easy to make, creamy, light, and relatively healthy! It’s a perfect summer pasta and it really hits the spot.

I'm Paula. I'm a former professional cook and overall eating enthusiast.

Ahh I just realized I forgot black pepper! I always finish it off with a few cracks of pepper. Serves me right for not reading the recipe, but it was delightful nonetheless!
F&W has nice zucchini soup recipe, freezes well, (nice base recipe with likely most any vegetable.)

I know how fabulous this dish is gonna' be - similar to a dish we've often cooked when travelling - zucchini, garlic, mushrooms, butter salt & pepper and we like penne too 🙂

Looks fantastic! I'll be looking to be giving this one a try. How do you like cooking with the frozen garlic? I've seen other people use it but haven't really given it a serious thought until now.
I love it! It’s so handy for quick dinners and I don’t notice any difference in flavour when you’re cooking it!
