I love how cute and silly these lore facts are. There's very much a "we're here to chill don't be so serious" vibe to these additions. They're so unnecessary but imo that's what makes them so much better. Because they're cute and sure the game plays the same without them but having them is honestly just super cool.

To be specific, it's part of the Unearthed Arcana, which is basically like more official homebrew and it's mostly used to test the community's response to certain features WoTC may want to implement. This way you don’t have to type an entire name into the code. The developers most likely made a type while coding the glaive lord and a Bloon accessory, which is why the glitches happened
Random idea for that non-monkey hero: Pal 9000. It would be an AI made by Dr. Monkey that inhabits a main computer body while using either drones or rc cars to attack. Due to Pal being an AI they can affect any electronic or mechanical towers by jacking in to the systems and even upgrading the basic AI of the towers to allow them to see camos, pop leads, pop blacks, pop purples and remove regrow. For the towers that are mechanical but don't have AI Pal acts as a sort of helper for the monkey controlling it. Of course this doesn't happen all at once as Pal 9000 needs to observe the other towers in order to upgrade their own AI.
1 of the 3 was based off his (using the new test and compare Thumbnail feature). I wanted to see how well it'd do for a video like this, and I was scared that it was going to outperform the others by a long shot. It started out very well, but they've evened out now.
