some casinos do things differently it doesnt mean its taxed its just they dont like you to walk out with what you just won. easier with a ticket because you can say ok im stopping at 200$ but with cash most people pull 20 after 20 not knowing how much they spent. its just a tactic to help them keep you inside. and 1200$ you have to be hand payed because of tax reasons.
