@@Joeybago12yeah plus the price of reselling these vehicles has been lucrative😳……….it’s not like 10 years ago when you drove it off the lot and you lost 20% if it’s value, people have been driving certain new vehicles for 6 months and then selling them for what they bought them for or more! 🤷🏽♂️
The prices r high yes but if u can afford it go for it and they will hold value. HOWEVER, the problem is mark ups. I don't care what or how ppl claim markups r justified, NO THEY ARE NOT! Don't pay a dollar more than msrp...
I feel bad for all those ppl who paid 50 to 70k over for raptor r for ford to drop new one month later

The F-150 raptor r looks much much better than the standard F-150. I never complain about the price because if I can't afford it it's my tough luck. If somebody else can afford it and buys it good for them.

I'm thinking the Ranger Raptor for 55k is a much better deal than the Bronco Raptor, plus a real roof without the air/water leaks.

Bronco Raptors are too bloated, the fenders are awful.
Any hard roof issues were corrected before the Bronco Raptor was released. The large 37" tires requires travel clearance and because of the large wheels. They exceed the Bronco's actual body width which manufacturers have to cover. That's why the large wheel well extentions are required. The regular Bronco has normal flairs.
Considering Ford built only 3988 Bronco Raptors the first year selling them all. It's nearly impossible finding a new 2023 Bronco Raptor setting on a dealers lot.
When comparing the Bronco Raptor with the Ranger Raptor. It depends on the planned usage. Serious off-roading. Definitely the Bronco Raptor. For daily usage and family hauling. I would personally go with the Ranger Raptor.

Very cool truck, but the prices are a bit crazy for a vehicle based on an F150. With markup these things we be at least $125-130K

A few years ago you could get a cool looking Raptor with a v8, big tires, fox shocks for 45k. Now it's 110k. awesome work ford.

I'm surprised no one has pointed out that the taillight pattern is a "F" in the F-150 font. The lower prong of the "F" doesn't appear to be lit so maybe that's why but it's definitely molded into the lens.

For $30k+ more, it would be nice if there was more differentiation between the 150 models. The sound is a big difference, but needs some more.
Ford should worry about their quality and reliability instead of adding minor updates and putting a bigger price tag
As a technician, I'd say almost everyone but toyota needs to concentrate more on quality rather than features and updates. I hate toyota but they're pretty damn reliable.

So we know what’s new for the 2024 F-150. I called a few dealerships wanting to order a new Raptor. I am told the ordering for the new Raptors and Tremors hasn’t opened. And I shouldn’t count on getting one for 9 to 12 months. WTF. Why are we even looking at it now if we can’t get it in the foreseeable future? Ridiculous.
I went and build my own. And it did not take long to get over 100 k mark
I remember when it was fun watching car and truck reviews.
Now it’s just depressing - because of how much they cost.

Ranger Raptor should have orange running lights like the rest of the Raptor lineup. Seen a bunch of these new ones while visiting Barbados
The reason for no orange lights in the front grill is the front end isn't wide enough to require them in the US market. That said. I'm guessing the Ranger Raptor has auxiliary toggle switches like the Bronco Raptor, so installation should be easy if an owner wanted to add them.

I’m curious if the 37” wheels on the 3.5 trucks will be the style of wheel seen on this R? Basically what they did in the previous version…or if this will be an R only wheel?
I always liked Chevy trucks because they're more square and I love the boxy look. However, I really like the look of the Ranger and the Ranger Raptor with a V6 is exactly what I like. I like the square, quad headlights like a square body Chev. I don't like touchscreens in a truck but I like the way they integrated the screen into the dash on the Ranger Raptor. The Ranger Raptor should come with hood "Raptor" lights because I have seen more than one Toyota Tacoma with "Raptor" lights and it has become a common truck upgrade.

I drove the Raptor Ranger in Thailand, very easy to drive pretty fast sounds awesome. I thought it would be faster seems to me about the same as my F150 with the 2.7. Maybe a little faster but not by much. Only thing I didn't like was coming out of a turn the steering wheel did not return to center. Had to turn it myself. Seems odd.
There's no way the 2.7 F150 is as fast as the Ranger Raptor. The Ranger does 0-60 in under 6s consistently. There are even videos of ppl getting mid 5s on completely stock ones!
It makes sense Ranger would have the 33in tires because it's smaller than F150 and Bronco, and directly competes with Colorado/Canyon, Tacoma, etc which also ride on 33's.
Shorter wheel base and smaller trucks usually have smaller differentials. In most situation the Ranger Raptor will do better than the big bulky F150 Raptor.

Awesome truck that you’ll never get unless you’re lucky or willing to pay $150K due to dealer markup. Ford dealers have turned into Rolex dealers with the Raptors.

You could get the K03s on the 2024 GM HD trucks for some time now so the ranger is not the debut of them.
The 2024 Silverado isn't currently available. Orders only. BF Goodrich made the KO3 for any manufacturers that wants to use them. This is the first time the tire has been seen on an actual vehicle which is the Ranger Raptor .

I am fairly confident my dealer had a 24 HD sierra a couple months ago with them.

I'm fine paying MSRP, but not willing to pay $40-60k over. I don't buy for a second that Ford can't increase production on these things. Same excuses they dropped 3 years ago on the Bronco.

pretty sure the ranger raptor in Europe is the Wildtrak. it certainly looks like it. not sure if the powertrain is the same either. until recently, certainly in the UK, the ranger was Diesel only throughout the range.
Yeah, but all I know is the US is getting the 405 horsepower version.
It’s the same 3lt V6 TT petrol engine and 10 speed power train. Some euro markets have 100hp less due to emission requirements. Some other Asian markets have the 2lt bi turbo diesel as well. I’ve had my Ranger Raptor here in Australia for nearly 12 months - it’s awesome.

He talks about price starting at 7:04 & again starting at 9:01. Though I looked for the current '23 Raptor Rs yesterday on AutoTrader. They only had 12 listings for the whole country & ten had prices listed. The cheapest was $141K & the most expensive was $169,980 so expect the same kind of prices or more with dealer markups for these new '24s.

Love the new look. I always thought the 21’ design made the truck look skinny and small. The new front end beefs it up a bit. And the raptor remains the best looking vehicle on the road

@thateggboi3824 Bro, the 2 gen looks way less of a raptor than the 3 gen and 1 gen with a bubbly like head lights. The 2 gen has that ugly E headlights that looks disgusting and cheap. It only starts to look fire when you put the orange headlights with molten orange color. But still the gen 1 and gen 3 look way better, and they’re more powerful too.

A Ford RaptorR dealer at ⛽ filled up $100 then returned back inside to scan his card again then walked back outside to pump another $60. After bragging to him about the R1S while recharging and stretching my legs. After a whoping $35 top up in the Rivian, we both left at the same time. We pulled up next to him at the light I lowered suspension and put it in shorts mode. When the light turned green we shot out leaving some dust, the RaptorR sat there in a cloud of dust. What's the moral of this story? 😊 enjoy your life.
I paid 98k out the door for full full full 37 2022 raptor.

I am SUPER glad I happened to buy a new 2023 5.0 SuperCrew XL. The 2024 XL does not have a 40-console-40 option. You have to jump up to the STX trim for that now.
