Those tunnel shots were other worldly! I have an M3 and often thought this lens. I wonder how much it blocks the viewfinder? I tried a Noctilux once in a camera shop and it cut out a lot of the view. But so did the price tag!! Anyway...glad to see you out
@@edpavez perfecto muchas gracias. Hay que probar no mas. Felicitaciones por los videos. Hace rato que te sigo, ojala subas videos de fotos en santiago. Seria genial conocerte si vienes y en una de esas puedes hace un capitulo con alguna de las camaras de mi pequeña colección. Muchos saludos.
For all others like me, poor! Use a SLR DSLR to see the actual image! 2, Purchase a Tele Extender 2x new/used. Use with 50mm at max aperture! 1,8 2,0. Actual light will be i/2. But focal length more like 100mm! Perfect for portraits. Amazing results! It don't gotta cost mega bucks. I like the portraits of wife but a longer lens would be better..
ive got a roll of portra 160 that expired in 2012, hasn’t been stored in a freezer or anything…worth shooting it? ive heard the overexpose 1 stop per decade or whatever is a myth….
I’ve found that myth to be excessive. IN general, I overexpose one stop every 15/20 years if storage conditions are unknown. But as always, you can overexpose color and it looks great. Try it with +1 stop and I’m sure it’ll give you amazing results.
I wonder how far away he was shooting to get such a depth of field with such a lens. At f/0.95 that had to be difficult find the necessary distance for depth of field/focus he was achieving. However, nothing says that stopping down the lens is prohibited. Anyway very good work.
she should've performed for you , these shots with the sad music feel like you were just testing a lens , instead of makin stuff like your dance videos ,

It’s all at f/0.95 the distance is about 4-6 feet.
@@edpavez I love the color rendition.
Master at work :)

The sharpness of the images is not my taste. The lens isn't up to the job. The compositions are well-made!
I think it’s sharp enough, it’s the overexposure that is a problem for me.
