When not using the fryer should u plug it out or should u turn it dwn to 0 and leave it plug in...I am using mines for commercial use. Just want kno if I should be plugging in and plugging out everytime customers come and go

My 2 teenage sons had seconds at dinner time and were happy to see I cooked too much so they'll be eating the leftovers later on tonight as well. Thank you for sharing your recipe and instructions as I needed a new recipe that actually had flavour and this was it!

Anybody tried the chicken recipe? I like good seasoned chicken, but was wondering with the seasonings listed was it too salty with the chicken bouillon and season salt. Just asking. Looks really good. Will have to try this soon. ❤
@@candythaglamcook You’re very welcome sweetheart. I learned that trip by watching a lot of videos with restaurants. That’s what they do put it in the basket put it in the oil let it touch the oil bring it back up shake it up then put it back down again. Your chicken looks so good and tasty.
On a side note, I have to laugh at many comments asking Candy real technical questions as if she designed and fabricated the fryer herself. She's using it as we'd all intend to use it and that is to cook food with! Man, you all expect her to drop everything she's doing to know the amperage, watts and time required to heat up to certain temps! LOL
I have the exact same fryer and it wouldn't be big enough for a commercial ... not by a long shot really. It's great for a family of four where you're making wings and/or fries and don't want to make and wait for four different batches before dinner is ready. If you had say a chip wagon or something along those lines, this would not be satisfactory nor anywhere big enough at all.

To be honest it works great but I don't use it alot because it uses too much oil and I have a small family we don't cook alot of food so using this large fryer in most cases is unnecessary, but the few times I used it, worked great.
Hmmm......I have a commercial deep fryer and it's impossible to get the chicken cooked without over cooking the skin. So what was the internal temp of the chicken?
I forgot mention that I did turn the heat down after 5 mins so the skin won't burn. Another key thing is to not use seasonings that are colorful like sazon and paprika it tends to burn fast.
@@candythaglamcook We've tried many different batters but we haven't tried turning down the temp. From what I'm reading this is a common problem when deep frying chicken. Of course the chicken restaurants use pressure fryers which eliminates the problem. I'll give your method a shot but it sure is going to ad to my time when I'm making a couple dozen pieces of chicken. Seemed that most got around the issue by finishing the chicken in the oven once you reached your desired color on the skin.

Looks good...After 1 minute shake the basket or use tongs to loosen the chicken from sticking to the basket.

Do you think this fryer can work in a commercial setting for lots of orders? We can’t use gas or propane and I’m trying to figure it out Ty!

Chicken looks lovely!!! Put the basket in the oil first then drop the chicken directly in the oil...you won't get sticking to the bottom that way

Yes it heats up super fast. I did turn it down when I drop the chicken in because it was too hot.
