A lot of this contained inside jokes that make it much funnier to ARMY in the know.
I'm always surprised when people recommend something like this because a lot of times it requires some background info to really be in on the joke.
This stuff is definitely a lot more entertaining when you know the guys a bit more.

It wouldn't be funny for anyone who has never watched any of their BTS Run episodes or realise they are competing against each other all the time.
Watching this run in a nutshell would definitely be hard for new people. Too many inside jokes, no full context to the clip, and no full translation to the word and captions. Feel kinda sorry to you guys cause you won't understand everything.

Your knowledge about what is going on in there is minimal (as you are new to BTS) so the timing is incorrect, this video would be great for you to react months later when you know who is who what characters they are and when you know what is happening in those clips. At this point it would be great for you to react to some of their introduction videos or carry on with the music videos or choreo videos. You have mentioned "ON" as the next video you reacting to so this will be great for sure. I am looking forward to it 😍👍

Just react to their music, lyrics and performances..the rest are just extras. Get to know BTS via their music. their whole come up and struggles are all in their discography!

They have a RUclips channel since 2012 even earlier it's called BANGTANTV where they post a lot of contact since before debut like dance practice, logs , behind the scenes of music video, episodes of special events, and a lot more
They've been doing that for 7 years with more than 130 episodes actually. They have abundant vlogs in their yt BANGTANTV channel, 3 iconic reality shows (Run BTS, Bon Voyage, and the latest BTS in The Soop).
3 years as an army, I haven't finish keeping up with their content.
Y'all should watch some of the Run BTS episodes. Y'all can watch the episodes on youtube or vlive.
This would be funnier for you if you knew the context of all the clips. I recommend you to watch the full Run BTS episodes, it's really funny.
I suggest you should start from episode 1 they funny and for to you better understand their own variety show game..chaotic and crackheads as always they are.
The thing about these compilations is that they don’t give you the context. So they are never as funny if you watch for the first time. You are missing half of the story and why it’s funny to begin with
Agreed. Many episodes have made me cry laughing while this compilation I hardly even smiled. The editing style made it just feel kinda cringy tbh. For example compilations of people just falling down (like in the water episode) I don't really find funny. However, I DID laugh a lot when they fell down in the actual episode because it was after watching them try SO hard to win only to continuously ridiculously fail; thus as you explained the context matters.
@@janedoe5836 that’s my gripe with all the compilations that people recommend... the clips are so short that you get NO context. Only way for it to actually be funny is if you already watched the episode. Not as a first time. I always question the people who actually find them funny this way 😂 maybe their threshold for funny is super low 😂
@@douseenow Many of the clips are just of the guys laughing so maybe people that recommend the videos are the type to laugh because others are laughing not necessarily the joke itself.

in the beginning of their career, they didn't have the best experiences on variety shows, & they wanted to keep in touch with fans, so they made their own. Run has everything from group challenges, team challenges, to individual games; cooking, zombie safaris, well known games, karaoke, etc and they either play for gift certificates, to avoid penalties (wearing something embarrassing in public) to betraying the hell out of each other for a favorite candy. there are lists of the funniest episodes but compilations like this are kind of just trailers for the chaos you're promised when you finally watch. they are all available on vlive, which is also where most of their vlogs are. enjoy!
So they basically have "vlog" content, because they couldn't do all the regular variety and games shows they made their own and they are hysterical. So I agree with other comments that it is really hard to watch out of order, you won't understand the inside jokes.

They mightn't have understand the whole situation cause they are just starting. But rather we should recommend them to watch which common ppl can understand easily. Cause Run BTS is like fan contents especially. The day run bts is release its always so exciting.

The more you watch the more you get to know their personalities. You might want to go back and watch Run Bts from the first episode (use English subs). Also, watch Carpool Karaoke and Flinch and Hide and Seek with James Corden along with their appearances on other American talk shows. (Ellen and Stephen Colbert) The more you know them and understand their personalities, the funnier the shows are.

Not hating tho, I appreciate people doing these reactions I just want them to know that most fans are ok with someone saying something isn't to their taste. It is still possible as well that they found it funny but just aren't the type to be very emotive and thus this was an authentic reaction.

When i became an army i started watching such videos but they weren't funny bcs i didn't understand anything and when i started watching the shows i used to die from laugher bcs it could finally made sense. So it's same for them too. I think they should start off with the funny moments of award shows and their personal funny videos before entering to their shows funny moments. Anyway they are such good reactors, but they are afraid they will get hate if they say it wasn't funny or they don't like it. That's why i said real army will understand. They shouldn't mind negative comments cause some people always hate. Important is being honest with their reaction bcs we like honesty here✋🏻:)))

I'm laughing my ass off but you guys don't know what's going on. They have a show called RUN BTS. They do all kinds of challenges, puzzles, games. To understand these clips you'd have to see the full episodes. I feel bad that you can't fully enjoy these clips. These boys are hilarious.

BTS Run Episodes, which these are”cuts” of are hilarious. But, I think you would enjoyed them if you knew them a little bit better and started with Episode one. You really get to know their personalities and they were so young. Don’t try to watch them all at on e, we don’t want you to get burnout.
OK, guys. Listen up! Until you know BTS well, spend some time on the MV's and dance practices. Learn their names. You will start seeing distinct personalities come out but do it slowly. For an up-close and personal view, start with watching BTS week on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon (ruclips.net/video/lPi7cQGNqcM/видео.html) ...there was stuff every day. Also, James Corden has some great stuff on his late-night show that will show their personalities. Take your time. The rabbit hole is deep.
