    I just bought my second pair of pegasus 38. I wore boost, nmd, lunarlon, lunarglide jet none of these shoes can come close to this one. Whoever is thinking about getting them I reccomend U to buy them.

    Love this shoe , I only have small problem with peg 38 there's a small blistee on my toe due to friction but only happened when I ran more than 15km on it

    After spending so much money in adidas shoes i came across the Pegs and i swear I’ve never tried anything better for running, i doubt i’ll ever change to other brand.

    Iteration after iteration the pegs have stayed true to their work-horse identity. Great analysis!

      Hey thanks Tevin! Yeah, the socks are feetures! I got them at my local Fleet Feet store. A lot of running shops carry feetures and it’s high socks season 🥶

    i went back to these past couple weeks after wearing peg39 and nimbus25 and theyre still great, better forefoot then the 39, and outsole

    I just ordered a customized by you pair of zoom Air peg 38s and I opted for added arch height because of my high arch. I'm super excited to get them. I've been wearing the revolution 5s and I love them but I just loved the way the pegasus 38s looked. I'm hoping they are comfy for me.

      Thanks! And normally I trash my shoes and then once they are closer to 200 miles-ish I put them through the wash, cold water, clear detergent, air dry..... but that in-itself could totally be a video!

    I just got mine thank you for the review, if I may ask how are you cleaning them ? They’re my first all white shoes and I’m a bit anxious about stains and stuff 😢

      Haha, well it is the hard truth that if you are running in them they will probs slowly change color a bit. But I love your comment and I’ll make a new video soon of me cleaning these shoes up! I used to do a lot of steps when cleaning shoes but lately I’ve simplified it and it’s way less work honestly 👍🏻

      If they are mesh, put them in the wash with blue detergent on COLD, both of them in a mesh bag or pillowcase. Then leave them in the sun to dry. The blue laundry detergent and the UV Rays from either the sun or a UV bulb will deoxidize the yellowing (oxidization) on the mesh.

      Dude! Laces out. Insoles out. Put them in the washing machine along with some towels to absorb impact. Cold cycle. Low spin. Take out and let air dry. Just found this out myself!

    The outsole of this is similar to the downshifter it was pretty grippy I was surprise when on tiles and wet pavement and better grip than my Addidas Rockadia.

    I have never owned Nikes and have always used Asics Gel Cumulus, 360 and Nimbus series. I am not a runner but more of a walker and gym guy. How do these compare with Asics? i ordered a pair today and they come in 14 days so asking.

      I have Cumulus and Pegasus, both of them are stable and comfy. Cumulus is lighter and more breathable, but Pegasus fit is better.

      Might want something with less of a drop/stack height. But I think they would be fine for that. I do some weight training in them.

    I always wear US size 11 in the Pegasus (and 1st gen Turbos)...with the roomier toebox on the 38's should will size 11 be too big for me or will I stick with it? Also, is the sole on this particular model off-white? It does not look pure white like the upper on any of the videos/images I have seen...??

      I’d say stay true to size with this one. The midsole for this model is a tiny bit off white compared to the upper. And it has a tan-ish look cause I’ve run in a lot of dirt/clay.

      they would work fine on a track but i'd consider something a bit more "minimal" if you are on a track often. The new nike streakfly would be perfect or possibly the saucony kinvara.

      I'd say a bit longer on dry time (max 48 hours in a sunny spot). It's just got more upper material than other shoes.

      @@justin94block Love running on my 38s! So far i’ve used it for more than a 100km. Longest run is 15-16 km. No hotspots, no soreness. I’ve used it once on light trails too and did a 5K time trial and intervals on it.

    Great review. I love Nike, but find that they run a little too narrow for me. I've been using Hokas since.

      Yes! I think it fits me well cause I have such a narrow foot, especially in the heel and midfoot. I did a couple hundred miles in rincon2 and Clifton Edge but was super hyped on them. Good shoes but I think I just had to size down a bit to get heel and midfoot to fit. Every foot has their own perfect fit I suppose

    Looking for another gym shoe. I currently have some ultra boost. I do treadmill (to up my condition ) once I’m comfortable I’ll run outdoors in between to really test myself. But I also lift. But most of my lift is while seating or bench. This looks comfortable. I know gym ppl are very organized on what to wear but this looks like all around shoe. Complete. Good review.

      Hey thanks Alan! So I only life 1-2 times a week max for general maintenance but have been wearing these in the gym and they feel fine. Some people might say go with something with a smaller drop. 🤷🏻‍♂️

      for me mainly the toe area will get wet. on a 1 hour + run though if it's wet, you gonna get wet haha.

    Currently using adidas boost wil it suit me for running ?as I really wanna try pegasus shoe I am a bit overweight and will use as a daily runner for 6 to 8 miles concerned about cushion as boost is comfortable

      I’d say maybe stick with the adidas or possible consider Nike invincible if you want a Nike cushion shoe. Pegs are still react foam.

      I feel that. I’d prefer more diagonal lacing. Easier to tighten and I think it gets a nice lockdown.

      if you can afford the Next% get them haha. this shoe is like $125 less and no carbon plate. this is more of a daily trainer. Next% is definitely more of a race shoe.

    How are they on your knees I find higher drop shoes create knee pain for me such as the new balance fuel cell rebel v2

      Only time I felt they didn’t quite preserve the legs/knees was during long runs 17+ miles. For being pretty firm I think they save the knees as much as any other shoe in the same price range.

      Yeah I think so. I did long runs up to 20 and 21 miles in it so you will be fine. It’s a bit heavy for a race shoe but good for “all in one” shoe

      Haha, you mean for running for like for the video? For shooting the video I did lace them back into the shoe and tucked them. Looks cleaner for display I think.
