Thanks for the honest review. It's horrifying that such expensive watches have basic QC issues! Imagine ordering this online and then having to return it because of 0.1mm misalignment...!
I tried this one on the other day and I still prefer the older model, SBDC065 in particular. The lume at 3 stepped on the dial minute track really bugs me 😂. Plus the older model’s lume is way stronger than the newer version.
What is the size of your wrist? It looks great on you! I have a 6.5" wrist and from what I've seen, this model looks a tad too big or just barely wearable for my wrist size.
@@nexttimewatchreview Bezel alignment off also my movement was not consistent. Off 10-15 seconds daily. After I regulated its now +3 to +5 but why should you pay 1K for a watch with these issues? (Willard) 6R-35 movement. I prefer the made in Japan Miyotas even the 8 series run more accurately from the factory. I suspect. the chinese Seiko factories are inferior.
This watch is amazing. Seiko is knocking it out of the park in midtier
They are in terms of design. But QC is still holding it back from being worth full retail sadly. I love Seiko and really hope they keep improving.

First world problem at its best (or worst) 😂

My writs is 7inches. I suggest you try it out in person. It wears smaller than the size suggests :)
Good Review.
Thank you! Subscribe for more to come!
Lots of QA issues from the chinese factory no doubt. Way too expensive from the asian sweat shops Seiko has set up in Malasia and Red china.
What QA issues did you find on yours? Would love to hear about it.

Yes but $1300 USD? No thank you. For that money I can buy a Frederique constant Highlife COSC for $1400-1500.
If you are looking for that style of watch, sure.
