    kobe was 34 at the time, 17. season in his legs, and still dominate the league. No one has ever got better 17. season than kobe. He was extreme, an all time role model, in terms of insane hard work. dwight, nash, and dantoni ruined his career, because of them, kobe had to play back to back to back 48 minutes... he would still put up 25 point with 45% fg

  • @LoneWolfMishania

    Kobe deserved MVP in 2003 (when he averaged 30p, 7r, 6a, 2s), 2006 (35p, 5.3r, 4.5a), 2008 (he got that), and maybe in 2007 (31p, 5.7r, 5.4a) and 2009 (27p, 5r, 5a). He got only 1... That's unfair! Those Nash's MVP seasons was bullshit. No hate for Nash, he was amasing player, but he couldn't defend on MVP-player level. Not to mention that his team never went to the finals even once.. But we all know that 2005 real MVP was Shaq and 2006 real MVP was Kobe.

      LoneWolfMishania Why is everyone saying Shaq should've won in 2005?? He averaged 22.5 ppg, not the 28 and 15 that he claims he did. Nash definitely deserved it in 2005. He took a Suns team out of the cellar and immediately into Playoff contention, leading the NBA in assists. His story is just like Jason Kidd, who should've won it in 02.

    • @sergiogarcia5593
      @sergiogarcia5593 6 лет назад +3

      The problem was the MVP award are giving to player's on great teams. In 2003, the Lakers only won 50 games, mostly because Shaq was healing during the season. In 2006 and 2007, Kobe had bad teams. I think if Kobe had the stability that the Spurs did, he'd have MVP awards in 2003, 2006, 2007, and 2008. LeBron deserved his in 09 & 10, but by that point Kobe wasn't about putting on statistical spectacles, but rather winning championships.

    • @joshuahaynes7128
      @joshuahaynes7128 6 лет назад +5

      Sergio Garcia I disagree .. kobe deserved atleast 1 of nashs mvps cause kobe had a shit team and still had them in the playoffs in the toughest conference in basketball.... and kobe deserved the 09 mvp cause kobe played in the superior conference and ofcourse took the lakers to another finals where they won this one ... I love LeBrons all around game but what kills me is how no-one brings up LeBron playing in the weakest conference ever and I've watched NBA since early 90s... LeBron hasn't truly had any true competition in the east since the 08-09-10 celtics..... LeBron always had to play a inferior wizard team or bulls or bobcats or hawks or raptors or pacers .... while kobe always had to play duncans spurs or jazz or melo and Iverson and it Smith nuggets or rockets...... that's why kobe has eliminated more 50 win teams in playoff history than any other player at 23 .... LeBron is dead last on the list at 9 ....

    • @yvaldergertin5291

      No it all started with D. Wade, Chris Bosh, and Ray Allen who gave him 2 rings

      Look at the comparison. Shaq helped him to win 3 rings, I accept that but Did Kobe win 3 championships after Shaq left

    Notice how Kobe never once barrels into the defender on a drive to create contact and just flails his arms up to get a foul call. He skillfully navigates the defense to get the shots he wants without even thinking of trying to get a bail out. This is the sort of pure basketball that we may never see again.

    Kobe is a legend because you always have hope in the last 3 minutes with the black mamba. He was a fun player to watch on the 4th quarter. MR. CLUTCH!! its nice lebron passes the ball to a team but KOBE had the balls to make the shot with 2 or 3 guys on his face.

    This is the season he willed the lakers to a playoff spot, game after game he's bringing is something for the ages, this game, the game with Atl then with raptors and lastly with gsw where he shoot the ft after he teared his achilles. His best season for me.

      AND he's the only guy with 30,000+ career points and 6000+ career assists so far. Lebron will join him soon but I mean people just liked to hate on Kobe because he was the best and won a lot of titles. I'll admit, I hate curry and his bitch ass face cuz I'm tired of seeing him all over tv but hey it's because he's the best and he's winning. I finally understand why so many sports fans are so bitter about things. It's just cuz they never had Kobe, fuck the Warriors and the Giants. Gay area got nothing on LA nigga

      Depends at what age. I take Kobe at age 25-29 and Lebron at age 30+. Young Lebron was dominant, but not in the playoffs. Young Kobe was dominant period. But his injuries started taking a toll.

      OSMADO thats the problem jodie meeks value has gown big time and he showed that he is not just a three point shooter he can cut and make the mid range or even attack so many team will be throwing big bucks at him especially teams that are in title contention, the lakers are in rebuilding mode so they are not going to match any big offer to keep him its the same situation with nick young, same thing happened with trevor ariza shannon brown and earl clark their value went up and they left for better contract and i fear that history will repeat itself
