You should always floss! I floss like 2-3 times a day! My dentist always or hygienist always ask me if I floss and I say yes, why? And they just say they can tell because my teeth are very clean and perfect !
Do you use dry shampoo all week until your next wash? My hair has gotten progressively worse and I am trying to figure out if there is a link to dry shampoo? Thanks!
I believed I had dry hair too BUT I bought a shower filtration system and in just my 2 shower my hair was shiny literally reflecting light I used Aquasana AQ-4100 to be exact and it’s inexpensive to anyone who thinks they have dry hair it mights just be the all the chlorine and heavy metals in the water GAME CHANGER I promise ❤️
