I personally think there's nooo greater respect to 'tradition' than to take a loved dish giving personal touches of ones heritage.... I mean isn't that what's cooking is all about anyways.... infusion gives people an opportunity to dip-a-toe (sooo to speak) in ingredients tastes n cultures they may not have tried otherwise n perhaps find a new favorite food or desert!!... be well.... ❤️🌽🌶🍗❤️
@patijinich The texture was like cornbread stuffing and it had a complexity of flavor notes: savory, neutral, umami and sweet notes from the raisins that were a great contrast to the turkey. The toasted pecans added great texture. Thank you and have a great day!

Our families refer to "dressing" as the baked in a dish and the "stuffing" was cooked in the bird.
