Miami seems like a place for Entrepenuers lol esp since the job market isn’t as great yet the cost of living is so high. Like Cali & NYC are expensive too but the jobs actually pay good there. So that’s interesting why Miami is like that

The weather is HOT and it's always raining lmao. broward draining systems suck cyz its always flooded in neighborhoods.Ima watch the rest but just point out IN MY OPINION ft lauderdale DRIVERS are WORSE than miami 😂
It was difficult to be at Miami in 1993. Especially at Washington Ave. It feels like the Prodigy Rock band in very bad Crack and a losy Bad Dinner. It kind of reminds me if Pacific Beach, California at 2022. I rather live in Huntington Beach/ Laguna/Newport than San Diego. It is sign if the times.
8:44....the prices of rent/purchasing a house is expensive no matter if its luxury or in the hood. I remember having an apt 2/1 for $1440 a month 😩 PRIVATE OWNERS ARE YOUR BEST BET...I live in one now still a 2/1 but a house for $1100.
