I think the 100 healing power is just a version of the Karma seal. Like think about it, they have the same shape (diamond or square whatever you wanna call it), they both expand and cover the user's body when activated and the 100 healing makes the user as close to immortality as possible while the karma gives him immortality. What if the the 100 healings is a karma which you implant on yourself.

The karma only contains the data eg the Karma implanted on Boruto contains Momoshiki’s data like Momoshiki’s memories , consciousness . While the Byakugo seal is nothing more than the cheap version of Hashirama’s healing jutsu which he probably learned from the Shikkotsu forest. The Karma has no healing abilities like the Byakugo seal .

Previously Daimon saw a mysterious power inside Himawari. My theory , Himawari will unlock Kaguya's powers or maybe she is the reincarnation of Kaguya. Why you ask ? We don't know much about Otsutsuki clan. Maybe she still had power but didn't use it. Himawari is the descendant of both Hamura (from Hinata) and Hagoromo (from Naruto) . The power from Kaguya that got divided into two now has become one again. She will definitely do something in future.
Conclusion : Himawari is related to Kaguya. She will definitely have a big role in future.

All tailed beasts are nothing but just a large form of chakra formed into a definite shape
I think Kurama's death created a large chakra space in Naruto's Body...
Since Naruto has been handling Kurama's Chakra and Sage mode both in a perfect combo.....
I think by gathering nature's chakra as large as Kurama's Chakra.. He will be able to create a large pool of Chakra which can power his Sage mode.. Basically a large meter which will go of after a very long time!!... It will help him a lot as Sage mode is only limited by how long one can hold natural chakra... And it does not have any SIDE EFFECT
Since he does not have Karma he can't define that chakra pool into a tailed beasts but can turn into a *SUPERIOR* version of sage mode
