I moved to India in my 40s, and yeah I'm still partially a foreigner here, but I am so happy that my parents kept enough of the Indian tradition and passed on to me knowledge about and from India, that I can still live here happily and with no issues. Dear kim, when i migrated from himachal's school to delhi school in 4th standard, though i knew hindi, a lot of my classmates treated me as an alien just because i had a lot lighter skin shade than my classmates, and my cheeks and lips were rosey red. There may not be ill intentions, but still a kid might feel alienated. Maybe adi will feel the same as he looks different compared to most his batch but i hope you ask him about his experience and let him know about these things as well gradually and with love. Maybe he will not share and just internalize but please speak to him about the drastic transition that he must be seeing. All the best to adi for his school, I feel nervous as well for him. Parents broken ho jaye then bacche kaise ok rahega. Kids easily and khud se handle kar sakte hai jab parents ko dekhke lagega that they're okay with that. Kids dekhega ki this thing are normal for parents then kids also will be okay as well as they're. This is actually a perfect time. So make everything is your own. 🙏❤

I have friends from different part of India speak multiple languages fluently including me & in a country like India one learns at least 3 languages by default so stopping his korean is not fair & its possible that he can turn out to be a polyglot...😌

Dear kim, when i migrated from himachal's school to delhi school in 4th standard, though i knew hindi, a lot of my classmates treated me as an alien just because i had a lot lighter skin shade than my classmates, and my cheeks and lips were rosey red. There may not be ill intentions, but still a kid might feel alienated. Maybe adi will feel the same as he looks different compared to most his batch but i hope you ask him about his experience and let him know about these things as well gradually and with love. Maybe he will not share and just internalize but please speak to him about the drastic transition that he must be seeing. All the best to adi for his school, I feel nervous as well for him. Much love to all 3 of you.

this happened same with me though my mom and dad dropped me on the first day of school. when teacher took me with herself so that i can go with her in the classroom my mother started crying but at the other end i very happily without looking back walked with my teacher to the classroom .😅😅 its obvious that kim is being so emotional her concerns are genuine for a kid going in a complete diffrent atmosphere , ...but i know adii will cope with it very well ...... love love from gujrat
