One of the best!!!!! Can't wait for this review. I was so sad he discontinued this. The animalic note in this was powerfully beautiful! Dark, spicy, with a slight animalic note (to me). I was told it did not sell well domestically. So sad broken Sauvage noses can't take real beauty. Let's hear your thoughts. Cheer!!🎉🎉🎉🎉😊
I think it's one of my favorite Ambers. but I don't get a big animalic note... maybe my expectations of animalics are higher than others 😂😂😂

Ramsey! Hello & thanks for review. I have a bottle myself & hardly wear it. If I recall, out the gate it has a Big red gum type of vibe in the initial opening!
I've another frag that reminds me of ciel De Gum in the dry down by Brand ARQUIST. It's called Anima Dulce,a fantastic cinnamon frag,one of the best IMHO!

Cheers Rams, I don’t have a single thing from this house but if this one wasn’t so hard to find and I get to keep both kidneys I’d be down for it I reckon. Liz Moores just announced a new fragrance! Areej, now Papillon, 2024 is getting better and better! Hamdani might be the most interesting PdM and Ciel de Gum should be brought back, he discontinued his best work and kept all those bad and overpriced fragrances… Cheers!

@@RamseytheRam it's a very controversal scent, everyone is bashing it on Fragrantica but i have no idea why, the fragrance is such a technical beauty, the development is insane. It's like some sort of Modern and more heavy dark Kouros

I remember Kristo was a huge Hamdani fan back in the day...supposed to be the most challenging PDM (which I know isn't saying much).
Actually I am very excited to finally get to try this "challenging" PDM lol
I bought it a couple years ago from his recommendation and it is an interesting perfume but a bit underwhelming, I'd say only reserved for cypriol lovers (maybe the Ram loves it? haha)
I do like some of the those cypriols I am ashamed to say lol
so with the Z- Halston, all that remains for the Halston Family

Being offered a 2012 Bel Ami 95/100ml, Late 2000s Antaeus 50ml (silver atomizer), and silver shoulder Kouros 90/100ml all for $500. What say ye? Are the Bel Ami and Antaeus sufficiently vintage?
I mean I would say no for that price but they are all amazing fragrances and you can't go wrong .. if you get it for 400 do it
