I noticed you need to add the extrude commands to the s-key box, so just search any command inside the "s-key field" and click on the + to add it.

Nice! I don't have search in my version of toolbox (for the S-key) - SW 2020 is the last version I'm ever going to update to. Too much bugs and bloatware in the newer versions (in my opinion). I actually do all my hourly work in SW 2015 - I think that was the peak build of SW.

I really appreciate these short power moves videos. I routinely show your videos in my weekly engineering meeting to my team. Having used SW for the past 20+ years, I really have some old habits engrained so it takes a conscience effort to incorporate some of these but its definitely helping speed up my modeling.

Thanks Tex! Glad you are getting some value out of these. Be sure to remind the engineering team to like and subscribe too! :-) Thanks for sharing the channel!

@@TooTallToby You bet, Toby! And I'm looking forward to watching and learning something new. No bs here man. No matter what you're video is covering, I always learn something; even if it's something small. Thank you for that, my friend!

Hi there! The double click on surface doesn't work for me. SW doesn't react to it.
Neither did another trick : selecting multiple features + plane to mirror them about and letting the mirror shortcut appear.
Any idea how to fix it? (SW 2023)
Btw I love your videos on saving time.

Thanks glad the content is helpful! Maybe it's a registry issue? Does it work on a co-workers machine, using 2023?

@@TooTallToby The up to surface works now, idk why it didn't.
But I can't get that mirror shortcut even on other PCs with SW 23.
Btw, I also wanted to share one of my fav shortcuts. Double clicking the background in sketch exits the sketch.
Anyway, keep up the good work!
