I’d like to hear a mere mortal play one of these. I’m sure you poke a few random holes in a straw and make it sound like it was made in heaven by angels. ;P
Hi it would have been interesting with a comprehensive between Guo piccolas and other more common piccolas like pearl 105 or Di Zhao Piccolo DZP-102. I havn't found anyone trying out Trevor James 5x piccolo. It would have been interesting to know if it is good. The price is even lower than Guo New Voice but has it a good quality? I love trevor James flute so maybe it is good although it is cheap. I think the idea of making piccolas that are long lasting and need low maintenance is interesting. I would love to have a wooden piccola but I don't want to take the risk for it to get cracked and I don't want to think about maintenance it often. But the sound is very good on wooden piccolas.
great vids! itll be super interesting to see how alternative materials affect the future of wind playing
It would be great to see and hear a piccolo face-off between these piccolos and some others!
We’ll get on it!
