Really slick design! Eliminates the "what if" of an important aspect and makes it easy and actually feasible to test/optimize

Vince id love to see a manufacturing video from start to finish on a merge, cutting, sanding, cleaning, welding, ect.
I dont think people realize the work that goes into one.

@@BurnsStainless would like to learn how to properly size pipe for street applications (400-500hp), benefits of the different types/sizes of header tubes, collectors/merge collectors, cross overs(H, X, Y pipe), how important is placement of crossovers? how to make an efficient single pipe? cost vs benefit analysis for those of us on a tight budget. Thanks for the follow up!

great video! is there a rough 'rule of thumb' that can be applied to find the merge collector outlet size? based on the primary size and exhaust size. For example 1.75" primaries on a straight 6 street car into a 2.5" exhaust = merge outlet somewhere around a 2-2.25" (6-1 collector)

How long should a collector be for scavenging the exhaust?
