I agree with your RUclips did it or somebody else it's extremely disruptive. As a content creator myself I know we can't always avoid having commercials attached to our videos but we all need to tell RUclips that's the worst possible way to do it especially on this type of video.

Commercial mid meditation
Excelent meditation, unfortunately You Tube is playing a noisy commercial in the middle of experience that ruins your great work. Maybe commercial could play at very start of video to not disturb meditation.
