Youth is a great period in our life, where financial means may only supply us with the basic necessities for an engineering education and a little relaxation. Starting at 0:39 this piece reminds me of the music I preferred to listen to at the Theatre Royal at Grey street, in Newcastle and what to dance to with my female partners and what to think about when I walked back home after the Saturday night dance at the Odeon in Gillingham , Kent. I would walk through all the parks and pathways at night wondering what the future holds and listen to the music in the trees and branches as they sway in the night breeze and when it rained, the little lakes had a million diamonds falling in them and it all added to the natural instruments that shimmered and stirred the sights and sounds around me. This Katica musical effect is what I felt on my night walks at the week ends but it also has parts which depict and represent the moments when during the Christmas periods I spent abroad on my own, one would eventually find oneself alone looking through a window with snow outside and a drink to celebrate the festivities and a new year. Katica Ille'nyi with her gracious movements and a violin in hand can build up the atmosphere that brings so many realities back to life and though they are a mere illusion of the past, it lifts the soul to a state which makes one wonder how beautiful it would have been to be walking with a woman as gentle and as beautiful as Katica where one would let nature play the music and simply ask Katica how she would sign it all with her musical interpretations. Katica seems to love us all and she does accompany many us in our memories where she gives a mental richness to anyone who cares to linger her presence in his mind. She is a beautiful woman, to treasure in so many ways, for even in her absence, she fills our souls.
