Come along with me to Disneyland for the first Star Wars Nite of 2024! This year the Season of the Force begins in April and extends into May, which means that we have even more Star Wars After Dark events! I love anything Star Wars and this event is always so much fun with all of the rare characters, park-wide entertainment, exclusive food, and themed photo-ops. I couldn't wait to get to Disneyland for the first Star Wars Nite of the year on April 16, 2024 and it was an incredible time!

Endor outfit is THE BEST! Save that for sure. It looks amazing and comfortable! Those are the ONLY ones to wear to any event over two hours. Sucks being miserable just to look good, but when you can do both it’s magic. 👍👍👍
I definitely had the same thought for future events or Star Wars themed days, the Endor poncho is perfect as an easy to throw on outfit!

I am going for the first time, and I'm glad the character lines are moving quicker. Was not going to sit in a two hour line. But I think I'll do the characters now. 😊
The lines moved so quickly for the characters! I was pleasantly surprised by that. I think you’ll enjoy being able to see more of the event rather than waiting in a line the whole time!

So glad they made the changes from last year in the wait times. It was awful waiting hours last year to meet one character
Even the Ewoks felt so much faster than in the past, I waited over an hour for them at previous events and this time it was so much quicker!

You look galactic Queen Lisa. I love checking in early inside the park at Starcade. I thought I saw you in one of the photo queue last night but I wasn’t sure. I was dressed up as a Sith and carrying a Dark Rey saber. I love some of the food and drinks offerings that I tried that they had at the event

We're going May 2! This will be my 3rd time. Unfortunately I had to miss last year cause of a bum knee.
You will come back full force this year! The event is very much so the same event they had last year, but they have made it so the lines move so much faster which means you’ll be able to make up for last year and see so much more than if you were waiting in huge lines all night. You are going to have a blast!! May the force be with you ⚡️⚡️

I watched several live streamers last night and none of them made this event look like as good as you did. They made it look disappointing. You made it look as fun as a special Disney night should be. You are the best! And I love your outfit. Thanks for showing us all the great features. Were any of the rides open for this?
Rides were open! Events like this are a great time to take advantage of short wait times. When I stopped by Toontown for example, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway was a 5 minute wait

@@Lisaoflisaland I’m the one who asked about reservations for the blue bayou. You gave me wonderful suggestions. The funny thing is they contacted me at 4:45 am and I woke up at 5 am. I missed the response time by minutes lol….it was tough because I wanted a reservation for 12 🙀. We still had a great time. My daughter went back a few weeks later and just walked in so that was great. Your Disney channel is the only one I watch now. Thanks for all you do 💖

The dipping sauce is matcha but they definitely dialed back the matcha-ness in the batch I got. The matcha flavor from when I got them in previous years was much more prominent! It might be different batch to batch.

I’m going next Tuesday. Please no one get mad at me but I had never watched a Star Wars movie until 3 months ago now I have seen them all. I hope to meet an Ewok & chewie. I’m not sure what I’m wearing but i have a grogu hoodie & a Star Wars new hope shirt & a cute Ewok one. I also have my Chewbacca cutie cuff lol. I will also attempt the leia buns.

how long was the wait time for the ewok line?
It was about 40 minutes, I was shocked it was “only” that long when I waited 60+ minutes for them in the past.
I got in the line at 8:50, 10 minutes before the event started.

It was ok... nothing new. I was really disappointed. Same as the years before. Except the year merchandise. I want something more different and exciting. But yeah...was ok...😔
I was disappointed that there wasn’t anything new for people like us that went last year…I do think they are slowly stepping up their game with the merch by having things like pins. I’m also grateful I didn’t have any two hour long lines like I’ve experienced in the past that ruined an event for me 😭 I’m crossing my fingers that next year they decide to bring new characters and bring back the fireworks!!!
