I got that Hemlock last summer when it was on sale and didn't realize it was herbal until I opened it. It was absolute hell on my nose and burned so bad I think it singed off all my nose hairs. Horrible! If you like pain, buy this. Idk how you took this like a champ Simon, I was crying like a baby! I had to use saline rinse to get it out of my nose ASAP

I had to rewatch this after trying a bit of the tin i just received. I'm nowhere near man enough for this one 😂 it smells nice but the burn is absolutely killer for me. Nose runs like a faucet and i can't see for the tears in my eyes

I guess as a natural nasel decongestant or for sinus issues it may have a point but i will stick to strong medicated and SPs for that. 6 Photo 666 works very well for me.
