I visited my ex last week and ask for a chance for almost 6 months of no contact. But he said he doesn’t love me anymore. Well i love him soo mich but i dont need him. i was the one who initiated the break up around 7 months ago and i was actually happy it ended considering the distance and the never ending disagreements. However, when I found out she moved on rather too quickly, I started reminiscing again, although i dont want her back anymore but shes back to my head when I knew she has a new boyfriend.

Please answer this: if your ex gf dumps you, then you go no contact, contacts you a month later but in between she slept with one or two, why in the world would anyone consider going back to them? People who rebound because they feel broken are displaying of weakness/ lack of control. It’s offensive to the dumpee. Self respect is essential. Please share your thoughts coach.

Even if they do move on with someone else, it really does not matter. You can't change it anyway so why let them have that power over you?. If it's meant to happen it will happen.

Thank you so much Coach Adrian. My ex broke up with me last February, I pleaded and begged for him to come back but he never replied. Luckily, I followed the no contact rule for the next two months, he casually reacts to my post with flirty replies. One day he said congratulations to my recent promotion in my job. But he went back to being cold after I sent him an emotional message and today, I'm going back to the no contact rule again. Slow and steady patience is the key and its very tiring and tormenting me on a daily basis. I really want him so much and I will really do everything I can to make him come back and have a new relationship to me.

Me and my bm have 2 kids together one is 2 and the other is 1.. we’ve known eachother for 5 years in total .. so when we first met we both were head over heels for one another .. and there came a point where I had nowhere to live so she let me move in with her and her roommates .. this is all happend in 2 months time then BOOM she’s pregnant.. at this point I felt suffocated and my mind went through shock .. a dark place of lusting with other women while still living with my bm.. we separated for good for a year .. & now she’s allowing me to live in the same house and even the same bed it’s been 6 months under same roof together but we’re not together she said she doesn’t want to jump into a relationship what do I need to do anyone ????

From what I experienced from my ex, it doesn't really seem like she loves me anymore. I'm positive about this because 2 months after the break up she jumped into a relationship. Yes, I did do a lot of things that made her lose her love for me (no there was no cheating or flirting with other people). There were a lot of things that transpired after the break up like her telling me she didn't love me, for me to leave her alone, move on and never contact her again, that she never wants to ever be with me ever again, and also her loving someone else. It would be a miracle for her to even secretly love me which I know is 99% unlikely.
Why didn't you treat her better or marry her? Because your far from the Lord. Get close.
It’s hard I keep breaking no contact I don’t know how to stay on a straight path, and I break it by asking her hang out in a casual way, should I get back on no contact ? ( LDR)
My break up occurred three years ago. I walked away though I didn't want to but her lack of trust and jealousy continued for ten years. I couldn't take it anymore and it killed me. I've always been in love with her and that's what made it hard to walk away. She ignored me for a year and half. All the while she was going out with others. After all that is when she decided to reach out to me. I turned her down cause I felt like an option or the just in case guy. Yet, I will always be in love with her. I feel there may still be chance but can I trust her? But I feel that opportunity is gone.

Hello Coach Adrian..i am from Indonesia..i watched many of your videos..I did no contact rules..and after two months he reached out..saying just want to make friends with me..he don’t want to get commitment..but he said he don’t want to see me with another guy..he was so toxic to me..he abused me.. and now he come reach out just want to make friends with benefits and i don’t like to do that..so now i block him on all social media so he can’t reach out..is it the best decision?

My ex said she doesn’t have the same feelings for me anymore because of the hurt I’ve caused in the past. We’ve tried to fix it but I’ve been too needy and I think she can’t drop her barrier properly. There has been times we have been good in this time but her barrier goes back up. She said she wants to be on her own and if it’s meant to be it will be. I’m trying to not contact her but I’m scared she’ll move on

He had completely pulled away because he only has 1-2 years left to live. He has an untreatable tumor and doesn't want me to watch him die. He just stopped talking to me 2.5 months ago. In the morning he told me he loved me and he'd call me later. I never heard from him again. I send loving texts every 3 weeks or so but he doesn't respond at all. He's stubborn anyway. Is there help for us?

Me and my ex girlfriend had an argument and it led to me getting arrested for the first time ever cause at the time she was arguing yelling all loud just cause I went to see my mom for her birthday with my 2 year old son and I didn't tell her so she got all angry and it started an argument and I shoved my 6 year old so I got charged for that I didn't meant to do that cause i love my kids is that at the time of the argument he was punching me in my stomach while she's here still arguing with me and my son kept going after i told him to stop and i shoved him smh cause of her fault! I have 4 kids together with her and I have no contact at all cause of the whole issue I haven't seen my kids for almost 3 months well tomorrow will be 3 months exactly and I miss them 😢 and this issue started on November 22, 2020 and I just found out recently that she's in a relationship since December 5th 2020 I was like what the hell that was quick so she musta been talking to this other person for I don't know how long and that is messed up. We been together for 9 year's and right now I'm trying to fight back at court to see my kids and now I know why she wants no contact with me at all cause of this new person but it's ok I hope one day she gets karma that is messed up.
With all due respect, I really doubt that she loves me - not hearing from her after two months of no-contact, but as for me, I feel I've lost intrest in her by now and just starting to see other women...

My ex had been messaging me and liking my stuff on social media for about a week, then one night at 2am messaged me a photo of this note I had given her with flowers when we first started dating. The next day she asked me if we could get together that night once she got off work. I said yes, but as I was on my way to her, 5 min after her telling me to come over, she cancelled on me with an obvious fake excuse. Why would she do this? I got pretty upset by it, and she kept messaging me the week after which I just ignored.

My ex started acting distant and I ask him what was going on with him and he kept saying nothing was wrong and he love me . Than he would say he was come over to see me but no call no show
and this had started happening more often , then he just stopped calling so when he did that I didn't try to reach him I went no contact . This is still fresh but I'm going to stick to my guns this time because he has done this before..

I wanted her back until I found out she got matching tattoos with her new boyfriend that she was with for only a couple weeks. Then she goes and gets a demon face tattoo on her arm. I don’t understand.

My ex broke up with me after 1 year and 7 months saying that he still has desires to have his own kids the natural way and doesnt know if he considers him self bisexual or straight. My ex isn’t out about him being attracted to guys and he told me he has not been sexually attracted to women in a long time. He got stationed in Vegas and I recently saw him in a video walking into a hotel room where another openly gay guy had roses everywhere for him. And all the social media posts, on both of their accounts match up, like dates, same background, etc. all this dates back to the week of our breakup. So I don’t know if he was cheating on me or the other guy was the cause of the break up. Idk I really miss him and want to reach out to him

Just broke up. It was so sudden. Ex(fiancee) says she wants a year of space. She doesnt want to close the door on the possibility of us getting together in the future (1 year later).
