Hey Pat, It's slowing down but I do expect a large commercial job to start soon. That will make my month. Especially going into the winter season. Of course having time off may provide opportunities to put out more content.
Can you do a better white board video on your pay for performance deal? I want to understand it more. Would you consider a pay for performance for a sales position?
Hey Van. That's not a bad idea for a video. I'll get to work on it. As for sales, I rarely meet anyone in person any more unless it's a large job (>$1000). As a matter of fact about 40% of my jobs are book and schedule automatically using a bidding software program. It's a lot less expensive than a sales guy!
