Lived in Denver. Job relocated me to Illinois. I miss Denver. It was an awesome place to live. I hope to return there one day. I lived in a beautiful area, not far from downtown. I think of Denver ALL the time. Enjoy yourself. I issue regarding crime is overblown. I still visit on the regular, though my job transferred me to Illinois. The altitude was never a problem for me at all. I’d heard of it, but upon living there, it was never an issue for my body at all. I jogged daily, rode my bicycle throughout the city: all of my exercise was done in local parks. Traveled to work in the burbs, lived in the city. Never once had I an issue w/the altitude.
27:56 - 28:49 You should make a video cooking in low altitude and bring the food to a higher altitude for a taste test on ActionKid Extra! 🤣 44:24 I appreciate you showing the positivity in every city you visit! 🏆 1:24:19 Jamming to Taylor Swift's song and excellent strategic titling for this stream! 😂 It was nice to see the Union Station, beautiful architectures, Larimer Square, spacious streets, and etc in Denver, and it's cool they're offering free public transit in July and August! 😍 Thank you for this stream, AK! 🤗
Denver, and Colorado, received a huge housing boom in 2012 when a huge influx of people moved there because of the new medical marijuana laws. So many people moved there initially, and the jobs and services that came along with it, that it jumpstarted the economy out of a recession.

actually what happens is at higher altitudes your body body adapts to make better use of oxygen you have then you come back down and your body absorbs more oxygen than usual. and since you have better oxygen use you can move better. a red blood cell can take up to 4 oxygen units with it but at higher altitudes it has to carry 2 oxygen units to try and compensate. its a efficient way to train your body adapts and uses less oxygen more efficiently.
I love that you appreciated the Daniels & Fisher tower, my mother came to denver as a teenager to go to college and worked in a shoe store there many years ago.
ACTION KID, I work at the California Mall om 16th Streey nack on 1983. I worked at Kokoros Grill a Japanese eateery. I also work as a Beer Hawker in Mile Hile Staduim. Lots of Family in Denver. I use the 16th Stret Mall bus all the time. I went thru the downtown back in 1983.😂
Denver is called the "Mile High City" because it is the capital of one of the first states to legalize recreational marijuana. Just kidding, ActionKid! Happy Summer.
It was great to see Denver ,Colorado such a beautiful city , 9:18 that train and the train station looks nice ,there’s so many beautiful buildings all over the Denver 😎Thank you for sharing this enjoyable and relaxing walk with us A K 🙂👍!!!
AK and Taylor Swift. That's a winning combo. Actually saw her on W. 28th St in NYC back in 2014. I wasn't as star struck as I should have been (NYer's are used to seeing celebs regularly though) since I was on my lunch break and all the pazarazzi was blocking the place I wanted to go to since she was in a flower shop next door.
I go to Denver a lot for work. It's a nice city. The suburbs are terrible though. There are no trees. It's just mile after mile of tightly packed, identical houses on a flat plain with no trees.
Larimer St actually always has Colorado flags up. Sometimes it's other flags for events and the name of the building rt before is just called the clocktower I believe
AK, I used to work for an Japanese Grill namz Kokoro at 16th and California. It about 4 blocks from The Tabor cebtzr. I use to hang ot at Lamar Square wuth my friends from Boulder. I also worked for The Colorado Rockies for food services. I usualy catch the Buses at 17th Street which is like Water Street in Lower Manhattan.😊
Is there a Chinatown in Denver? I believe there was one during the railroad building days, but disappeared during the 1940’s, due to race riots. Today only a few restaurants remain. Check it out if you can.

I can see what you mean with Denver and its suburbs.
That’s hilarious 😂I live below Red Rocks amphitheater I literally have 50 - 80 trees in 3 acres and I’ve lived here my whole life. No Trees 🌳 lol
Downtown Denver looks clean, modern with lots of things to do.
The Art district is cool. All kinds of Murals to see.
Thanks for the suggestion!

So cool to meet you back then Unfortunately I won’t be spending much time in Denver

Flagstaff AZ has higher elevation than Denver.
At the walking zone area is the biggest and funnest New Year Eves Party. It is a must experience.
Make another video of the Art District and Broadway.
