While the design in the real-world is based on the company. I our subject it is normally in the centre no matter the layout you are using. But if in the exam they ask you to type it a different way then follow the instruction.
It is based on the design that the company wants to do for their's. However, for our subject I have always seen it centered. But I don't think you will lose marks if you blocked it etc.
