iv done ben through 2 rear driveshafts and have a banged up yoke on my diesel😂😂 doing 4:56 revolution gears today😎
@@OverlandAddiction-qj1cn nice. I just got through the break in period of 4.56 on my gladiator. Love it. I went with Dana splicer. The engineer said they are the same gears they put in the axles in the new jeeps and have a coating that does not require break in. Just don’t tow till after 500 miles. I still did the 500 mile break in tho.
Oh men ,I was about to buy this skid plate but my gears exploded on the freeway yesterday (second time) now I’m just waiting on 4WP to give me a other BS explanation on why this happened even tho it was repair a month ago 😁

Holy $moke$! 😨 As much as I like AEV stuff, if they are going to stamp that sucker, it might as well be the boron.
Yeah the weight difference on that small piece was not worth the extra money I guess.
The metal cloak skid did not fit with the aev track bar bracket. So if you have a aev lift kit you are kinda forced to their skid
@WolfOverland we have a Rancho on our JT and the JL had a Next Venture diff protector. I think the Rancho is the best bang for the buck, or was, but the Next Venture (and this AEV) offers protection for the pinion flange, so maybe worth the extra dough. That said, the Rancho takes a beating!

No. Not yet. They are more of an overland build then rock crawling.
