- This is Benelli BN 125 oil , oilfilter and airfilter replacement video for the needed 7000km service.
In this video I have riden 6500+km ( so made replacement abit eralier )
Bike is running good, have installed new windshield from PUIG, works good, very good wind protection, there is a slight wind turbulense above chin area, so having earpluggs is a must. But now I do not need to worry about the neck injuires when I turn my head to sides on higher speeds.
All parts are ordered from Benelli dealer, this time I serviced it myself, because my warranty run out and now can maintaince it by myself.
Do you recommend this bike? I am looking for a new 125 motorcycle and BN125 is on my list of bikes that I consider. Was there any problem during your exploiatation? Btw nice video, cheers!
I would recommend it, there have been 2 problems, one i fixed, was broken throttle cable, second one I have till this day, oil leaking from 2 block connection spot, but it is no problem, the leak is so small, that it is mostly making my boots a bit dirty when I ride on highways. But I got used to it and have 6800+km on odometer now. Love the bike and looks, I fell in love with it back in 2019 on motorcycle show and to this day dont regret my choice.

Hello friend, to this day he has not failed me, I have to tell you I have a tiny oil leak from the start of bike, the only issue I have it it, but it is really small leak, that it in long run just make your riding boots a bit dirty and you need to clean the engine a bit better. For the rest bike, it has started every time I turned the key and all the 7000+km have been drouble free.
Longest trip I ever had was straight 320km without none stops and it managed well.
The oil I use is MOTUL 7100 4T 10W-40 ( it is in the video as well ) . If money is no problem, then there are more reliable bikes out there ( I don't say that this bike is bad ).But when you have budget, then be the first and risk, give this bike a chance.

I bought mine at official Benelli dealer, but they are also on sale at ebay ( Puig Bat windshield). Hope it helps.
Are footpegs strong enough to stand up on them ?
Yeah, the footsteps are very strong, after I installed the side panniers ( self made ) then trowing leg over the seat was not possible anymore, so I always climbed up by stepping on the footstep, also did some riding while fully stand up.
