With knives like the Stealth Assassin Knuckle Knife (I have one), the sheath can be improved to prevent point penetration by adding a little bit of cotton down in the tip of the sheath.
Ooh this is a tough one, as a straight up fighting weapon, the dagger wins it. But the parang is a great multi-purpose tool. It'd be lethal as a weapon, but you can also use it to chop and split wood for a fire, split coconuts or break down large game, clear brush and saplings...
Thanks for another Weapons Wednesday!!! The Stealth Assassin Knuckle Knife reminds me of the BIGG Knife that you featured a week or two ago. This one seems to be a better interpretation of that knife even though it is smaller. I loved seeing Ian use that knife in reverse grip. I agree with him that reverse grip might be the better way to use that one. I think the spike would have allowed him to do his push dagger style of strikes very well with that knife. This week has one of the best selections of weapons that you've ever featured. Three of these items have gone immediately onto my wish list. Thank you for making such great choices this week. I probably shouldn't make another order, but the 20% off on knives discount code is very enticing. I have mixed feelings about the Tik Tok ban. I'm bothered that so many people seem to approve the idea of this ban because they see Tik Tok as the preferred platform of shallow young people who want to entertain themselves with short, shallow, and often stupid videos. They seem to think that part of the reason for this ban is that Tik Tok stupidity has led to people doing things that are harmful to themselves or others. That many Tik Tok videos just don't appeal to me would never make me want to ban the platform. That some people earn their Darwin Awards trying to emulate what they see on Tik Tok would not justify a ban either. I feel bad for their families when stupid young people injure or kill themselves trying to copy stupidity that they see on Tik Tok. On the other hand, I accept that the First Amendment covers even self-destructive stupidity. A bad but popular idea that is floating through much of X right now is that we should ban OnlyFans and PornHub instead of banning Tik Tok. I understand some people's perspective that pornography is a bigger danger to society than short, shallow, stupid videos. I understand but am less sympathetic to the viewpoint that pornography is a bigger danger than people earning Darwin Awards trying to copy stunts that they see on Tik Tok. People get angry with me for pointing out that banning OnlyFans, PornHub, or Tik Tok on content grounds is a violation of the First Amendment. Even if lawyers could find loopholes in past interpretations to allow these bans on content grounds, these bans would go against the intent of the First Amendment to let people say what's on their mind and to some extent to create what they see as art or entertainment. As I understand the argument, the Tik Tok ban came about because the Chinese military designed Tik Tok to serve as an espionage program. I'm not an expert on apps, but I inferred that Tik Tok tends to write itself into every other app on a device and to take data from those apps in order to send information back to Tik Tok's parent company. Because that parent company is the Chinese military, the app becomes a kind of spyware. The ban will not cause Tik Tok to shut down. The ban simply prevents the usual app providers from providing the app to new devices and from providing updates as long as the app is owned by China. If China agreed to sell Tik Tok, the ban would be rescinded. For people like me who keep every device for a long time, a Tik Tok app would continue to function on the phone for a long time. I kept my first smart phone for eight years until AT&T forced me to upgrade for 5G compatibility. AT&T became so angry with me that they sent me a new phone and told me that my old phone would stop working in a month. I have had my current phone for about four years now, and I hope I don't live long enough to need another phone. I watched this video on a 2013 laptop that has had one processor upgrade but no longer accpet software updates. For young people who change phones every six months, the ban on acquiring the app would be a problem. The latest rumor is that Elon Musk may try to buy Tik Tok. I love what Elon Musk has done with X. I was pretty much off X until he bought it, but I now use X quite a bit. However, I don't want one guy having control over so much. I wish we could break up Google's ownership of so much and have less censorship on RUclips. I wish Meta could be broken up under anti-trust laws. I might like much of what I see about Elon Musk, but just because I mostly like him doesn't mean that I think one guy should control both X and Tik Tok. I would also consider supporting a law that would stop all of the tech companies from writing themselves into other parts of our computers and other devices. No one should have access to anyone's browsing history. They say that they want to target ads better. I understand that desire, but I see too much potential for abuse. I'm just hesitant about supporting a law because I don't want the government involved. I worry that a day may come when RUclips will try to attack you for featuring weapons on your channel. When that happens, you might be able to go to Rumble, but Rumble just doesn't have the same audience base. I'm a little surprised that you can't advertise more on X. I would expect you to be able to break up your videos into clips and post them to X. I think I follow you over there. I would retweet them sometimes. I follow a bunch of blade accounts on X. I don't think I've seen as much from them recently, but that might just be how the algorithm is running right now. I guess you can't advertise on Instagram, but I remember seeing you there. I had unpleasantness with Instagram, and I haven't done much on there for about four months. Anyway, most people don't like to get me started on politics. The start of your video kicked me off on that topic. Otherwise, I try to avoid that when I'm here.
I have to go with the sub zero parang as my first pick followed by the spork hidden blade that is a all purpose item you can carry and nobody would think anything about it have a great week my friends I think you should be able to post knife's or weapons on social media to sell or talk about as long as it doesn't involve people or animals getting hurt by them.
I'd go with the dagger. But I understand that in a few jurisdictions the dagger has been declared a sentient object and is more dangerous than s single edge weapon, thus they prohibit it.
Thanks Stiles! I don’t think it will fade, but it’s a fairly inexpensive knife, so it might over time. I hope you are having an awesome week, my friend!
Never had TikTok but a lot of people make money and post informative videos. It’s all about controlling and censoring.I hope it doesn’t get shutdown m. Love the shirt Amanda.
As a historical researcher, I think we are seeing the TikTok issue through a smoke screen. Even if the U.S. Supreme Court issues a negative opinion in the matter, the standard use of VPN's makes the whole issue a mute point. Anyone can access anything from anywhere anymore. And considering we have California burning down, a quarter of the country a frozen block of ice and the remainder just waiting for the next shoe to drop I highly doubt they are going to take the time to try and track down all the TikTok users in the US.
Nice wack with the dong, chandong that is Open to do something cool you say, how about a balistic gel dummy/ zombie, vs your favorite basher, slicer or chopper (green blood to appease the algorithm gods)

Yes! That is an excellent suggestion! Thank you, my friend!
Tic tok could go away and I wouldn't know the difference.
I totally understand, Peter. It definitely has its own demographic. Thanks so much for watching! I really appreciate it!
I'd go with the Modern Medieval Dagger. I like the size, design and materials. Wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of that. NO way.
