    Ingredients:
    Dough:
    - 500 ml warm water (45°C)
    - 1 tsp sugar
    - 8 g active dry yeast
    - 800 g all-purpose flour
    - 1 tsp salt
    - 45 ml oil
    Filling:
    - 750 g pork belly, minced
    - 250 g celery, chopped
    - 7 g ginger, chopped
    - 5 g salt
    - 2 g black pepper
    - 1 tsp five-spice powder
    - 1 tsp garlic powder
    - 1 tsp onion powder
    - 45 ml cooking wine
    - 30 ml soy sauce
    - 15 ml oyster sauce
    - 1 tbsp sesame oil
    - 45 ml oil
    Instructions:
    1. Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast, then let it sit for 10 minutes.
    2. Sift flour, add salt, oil, and yeast mixture. Mix into a dough and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
    3. Prepare the filling by mixing pork, celery, ginger, and seasonings. Stir well and set aside.
    4. Divide the dough into 16 portions, roll into circles, and fill with the pork mixture. Seal and shape into pies.
    5. Pan-fry each pie on medium heat, turning until both sides are golden and crispy.
