Hey, I just came here to say that, binaural beats help and are effective for stuff like staying awake, concentrating and sleeping, but they wont work if you're overworked, burnt out or severly sleep deprived. Your body is not a machine, or a clock so if you've been awake for 2 days in a row and this vid doesnt work for you this might be your body telling you it's time to rest, wether you finished that philosophy paper or not. I'm saying this out of experience, you might be able to stay awake for 48 h straight, but thats as far you can go, your body will not focus the same for the rest of the week. Believe me. I know those papers and specially the finals are really important, but your health is way more important than that grade. If you *absolutely* have to pull the all nighter, here are some tips from a college student: 1. try to time it well in your schedule, don do more than 2 in the same week 2. drink plenty of water (calculate how much water you need by weight) 3. avoid energy drinks, a healthy breakfast and some coffee will be enough, you'll need the healthy energy. 4. when you dont sleep, your organs dont either and have no time rest, it seems obvious but it does so much damage to your health. Sleep deprivation can cause loss of memory, cancer, heart failure, diabetes, high blood presure, damages your nervous and inmune system, permanent brain damage, etc. 5. during the day you will feel how your lungs struggle a little to breathe, so sit up in a comfortable position where breathing is not difficult. If you start feeling this way, try to get sleep as soon as possible, extreme exhaustion is close by. 6. sleeping for an hour or two is better than nothing. 7. try not to drive, kinda like driving dunk Please be safe, sleep soon, good luck with those finals
Also after 3 or four days without sleep you can start hallucinating! You also snack a lot to get energy so substitute the chocolate for fruit so you wont get a sugar crash green tea is better than coffee it has health benefits and slowly releases caffeine so you have a steady energy boost for six hours rather than a huge one for two and a crash of tiredness
@@flameepidemic4839 yes thank you so much! I totally forgot about the hallucinations. When i go past 48 hours, without sleep or i have pulled multiple all-nighters in the same week I start hearing a similar sound to a loud crowd going wild around me. It's horrible
Are you a nursing or med student? I was a nursing graduate studying for my NCLEX. Yes, there is NO substitute for sleep! Without adequate sleep the brain and body can't go into "cleaning" and recovery mode and that involves cleaning up inflammation and plaque in the body which can cause the alzheimers, cancer, diabetes, heart attack/stroke(heart disease) etc. It keeps the sympathetic nervous system active in the "fight or flight" mode pumping out tons of cortisol, which is a stress hormone but is GLUCOSE.. sugar and is stored in fat cells, causing weight gain, diabetes, poor food choices, and binge eating (stress eating). Which is also interesting is that with increased cortisol, not only are you gaining weight, but you lose muscle too. Excess caffeine, dehydration, and sleep deprivation keep your body in that chronic state of stress. If you are not familiar with this, Chris Hemsworth did a documentary series on Disney+ called "Limitless," and it talks about the effects of stress on the body and how to get longevity.
I was up all night due to pain from a hip injury. I'm a mom of 5, which means my life has to continue even when I'm not feeling 100%. Worked like a charm!
Awesome! Best wishes to heal. #GoVegan 🌱💚🔥😻 For health. For ending world hunger. For the animals. For the planet. Yoga. Meditation daily. Breathwork. Turmeric mixed with curcumin and black pepper veggie capsule supplements. I have had chronic hip pain for years but I get a lot of relief. Hehe.
I'm a severe insomniac. On average, I get about 3 hrs of sleep every night. I'm working on studying for my nursing license exam(NCLEX). Exhaustion and stress of other aspects of my life make studying and even motivation very low. I'm also ADHD which adds more stress and chaos to my brain. However, I rediscovered this track after many years, and my brain is LOVING THIS!!! I wish this would go on for hours. I'm finally back in a zone. I only stopped to write this because I realized the track was almost over! 😢 THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! If u have a much longer version of this I would LOVE IT. I will have to keep repeating otherwise.
@@tylerferlsan9463 Well it’s really important with those conditions to look at your diet, your sleeping, your behavioural patterns... are you taking your vitamins? It’s really hard to make an assessment on your mental health if you’re not doing all of those things first 🤗❤️
A billion thank yous! I've always had such crazy sleep/health issues, that waking up is at times, is like pulling teeth. It's only been a year that I've started using sound waves that help for waking, sleeping, meditation, and pain. This video (along with the coffee icon) works great. Again, thank you!😜😁👍🏻
I just got a sunrise lamp last night and since it woke me up before my alarm I decided to put this video on to help with the wake up process and I can say with certainty that I am alert and awake! This is incredible An amazing wake up pairing, highly recommend
I can not say enough Mahalo for helping me and many others 😭 i used a sleep one last night and in over a year i haven’t slept so good You are an angel 😇
I think this activated something with my sense of smell and my nose nerves. Weird! Woke me up though!! I went off coffee a year and a half ago; now I have gone off of tea, so I am totally caffeine free now! This video helps!
So interesting… when it begins I pay attention and sure enough as it progresses I actually feel my brain responding, becoming more focused , eyes wider, physical energy increases, the energy level increases in such a way that by the end few seconds I am “out-the-door”!! You get 👍👍😘from me. I am EXTREMELY in tune with my personal frequency and am immediately aware of vids that are “spot on” so Thanks for your works. Divine Favor
It's 2:22 am. I am 6:39 into this and had just been relaxing in my chair with my eyes closed trying to wake up to finish some work before work.... >.> I'm alert. o.o Let's do this!
My kids fall asleep to your vids every night. But this video right here is definitely for me. 😴😃💛 Thank you, you're a master of your craft and it is very much appreciated. 👏👏👏
Hello Everyone this was my first time listening and it was so cool. Like watching the coffe or tea cup move and the frequency change tones. Thank u will do this a few more times.
Hey, this is working pretty well. I'm an artist, and lately, I've been way too tired to even create anything. I keep wanting to lie back down and try to sleep. I don't sleep that well at night, but then again, I'm a night owl. I sleep in intervals of 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours, and up a while, then see if I can sleep more, which usually never happens. Now, as this video is wrapping up, heading into Gamma, I'm feeling so creative, and a bit more awake. I'll be sipping more of my favorite coffee, though. Thanks for creating this.
Try sleeptudes sleep meditations, melatonin, sleep teas, lavender lotion or essential oils, no coffee, sun in the morning 20 minutes, exercise during the day, yoga, and breathing exercises. Helped me get at least 5 hours most nights lol
This is me also. When u need self motivation And u kinda can stay in bed thats when its hardest to get up...i think if that 'choice' wasnt there our bodys may just move into action automatically. Being cteative is like being a scientist, u are open 24/7 to discoveries...no 5pm work day close. Be easier on yourself.
Please bring back more of these! I love the sleep section of binaural beats but also like to listen as work I have checked out the other energized binaural beats but wanted to share this one was nice!

I needed a Monday morning energy boost and found this. It worked great. I no longer feel like I want to crawl back under the covers and go back to sleep. I can get to work now (from home). Thank you.😇❤
This is awesome! I’m so happy I came across it. I will be adding this to my daily routine! Thank you 😊 oh and yea, it most definitely, worked like a charm lol
