I really have enjoyed seeing your EA run and this full release run so far! It's lovely and chill and just nice to watch. For the record - that chest that looks like it's near the apartments also did my head in my EA runs, but it's on top of the giant rock/cliff, it's just on the edge of it so it looks like it's in the town.

If you remember, after Pen's fate, he sends you off to the most dangerous cave/place to find his treasure. That cave with all the level 50 monsters is that cave, the one you prepared for for days, and were then disappointed when it just had the chest in it. They have populated it with monsters since then. I was waiting for you to find it!
That chest you thought was inside the apartments I finally found it on top of the rock above the building. You can access it by jumping up the rock behind the civil corps building
I so adore your playlists! I’m a Portia fan, in no small part because of you. Despite the contradictory reviews, I’m downloading Sandrock on my Switch right now. Can’t wait to play along. ❤
The game is great, but I have heard the performance on Switch is not too good at the moment. Be patient, they will improve it over time. Unfortunately the switch is massively underpowered. The new Switch will help a lot when it comes out.
@@O-D-X I did buy it! Runs great so far. No touch screen or cursor so the inventory management, etc is a bit cumbersome, but it’s taking over my free time and is fun! I wasn’t worried about power since I play Skyrim and Witcher on Switch, was more worried about bugs. Thanks for responding!
With the scrap yard, make sure you go everyday and get the scrap as it helps in the long run to always have scrap going in the background whilst you are working and it also has chances of giving you the golden scorpions, I’ve started my full play through and already have 6 is less than 2 weeks from just doing the scrap yard every day. Also when doing the junk piles, keep a finger on the E button so as soon as one pops up, you can get it easily without having to fumble with finding the right key.
I think with the sheer amount of time some of the cutscenes and such drain out of your day it wouldn't hurt to adjust the time scale in the options menu; you're often going to sleep with a lot of stamina and rushing to manage your workshop. :) Course, that's up to the individual IIRC.
8:46 That bothersome chest is on the giant overhanging rock above the town. Go to the chest marker on the map, look up, and you'll see the overhang. Quite a dangerous place to build a town under if you ask me..... To reach it there's a path to the left of the church.
You can build a small chest and when you have money, or the recipe, for a bigger one you just place it on top. I did the Mi-An quest my first playthrough, so I think it is connected to friendship somehow.
I swear that equatorial mount is bugged. Got all 3 pieces for Qi's quest and now piece 3 will NOT spawn for me to have one for the museum. I have like 15 of the other 2 pieces 😢
Those little figurines? You can buy four of them in game from Amirah's store. I get the girls and put them on display, say 'morning' every morning as I go out the door. Silly, but.... (shrug)

1.2.13 McDonald has horse rental running, and the only thing stopping Portia Shelab from immediate rental is Emily's chickens running off. Day 2 of the martial arts festival means more gifting. Portia Shelab won the tournament and Sam asked to spar. 1.2.14 Gust's pig is getting too fat, so Portia Shelab agrees to take him for a walk. Arlo also broke his training dummy and asked her to make a new one. Gale wanted to buy a book from the Mysterious Man, but he would only take a Panbat mask for it and Gale can't make them. Shelab crafted the mask and bought the book for Gale and gathered most of the supplies for Gust's model.
Regarding the sandtrap, you just need to probably upgrade the one that you have making it higher quality so it can catch bigger radius which helps it catch the bigger fish which worked for me, but you need the Refiner for that. I found it odd we can get the commissions involving crops and such before it's supposed to be unlocked. Also, don't forget to do the inspections on week-ends now you least workshop lvl 2.
qi isnt worry of the butterfly effect at all what if futur qi stoping past qi to fall cause past qi to do action he woulnd done and cause a ripple that cause a bigguer catastrophe and what if qi falling into that hole whit the builder just destiny puthing them togeter so they could develope a more profond relationship
I really don't like Ernest. I just want to punt his smug ass off the edge into the canyon. Be careful going forward with the Arvio delivery quests, as they are timed and you almost failed it. I also failed the train window mission because I forgot to check in with Yan. Yan ended the first month with about 2300 on my playthrough. I got within 500 points by the end of the first month. So it might be possible to beat Yan in the first month, but it would take a near perfect playthrough, and well I am not likely to pull it off. I was happy to get that close. Guessing the Ransom Note mission was a new quest, as I got the quest, and I am nowhere close to 2 hearts yet with Mi-an as she is always running away from me.
The chest you're after is on the cliff way above. Run up the stairs and turn left to climb the cliff.

There is the one chest on a roof that you emptied but did not have the energy to dismantle... could that still be showing up as it needs dismantled?
