Several weeks ago I was playing the Halloween theme and wanted to see who else had done a metal version of that iconic theme. Never in my wildest dreams would I imagined doing a random search would lead me to discovering perhaps the best metal band I’ve heard in ages. I cannot stop listening to Orbit Culture I hope they explode on the metal scene worldwide because they’re amazing.
Literally, the best cover that exists out there on YT. It's metal, and it stays close to Halloween theme throughout the entire cover. Not like some other dudes that just played the theme on a guitar and then added their own solo or anything else and went completely off the original melody. You did the best job. I could perfectly picture this theme being put into a real Halloween movie in a scene where Michael goes on an ultimate killing spree and just destroys everyone, with a little bit of slo-mo and close-up of his mask in the end. Goosebumps inducing.
every artists have their own rendition.. if you're just a casual music listener this might be best for you.. but if u play instrumental, u would appreciate more on the geniuses of artist who could play their own rendition with solos..

Megalodon some says john petrucci solos in dream theater are overdone and 'unneccesary' as it is too long.. most would just enjoy the simplistic yet done just right for the correct amount of time like kirk hammet did for metallica.. not saying both are wrong, but we just simply different.. not saying u suck for not enjoying the rendition that seems different from the original songs of certain artists, because we enjoy differently.. because in the end, music is all about enjoying sounds.. and i like both dream theather and metallica..
